One of my children ended up with 4 staples in her head when she was thrown off of a bounce house because there were too many kids, and another one of my kids was almost injured in the same bounce house due to too many children on top of each other. Another complaint was their lack of response when my child was injured. They couldn't find a first aid kit in a timely manner, and left bloody towels laying on the table for the next set of families to find. They never did sanitize where the bloody towels were. I've had positive experiences in past years but this year was awful and I'll never return again. The sign in process was awful because they over booked. Some of my kids parent's never got to sign themselves in because of it and just went into the play area. So many people traveled for hours and were disappointed by the entire experience. When I tried to resolve it with the owner, they repeatedly avoided handling the situation over the course of months, and instead of offering a refund they offered me a bounce house rental. As if I'd want to go there again. I filed a BBB complaint but they continued to deny any wrong doing. Extremely poor management. I highly recommend you take your birthday parties somewhere else with better management who cares about their customers and righting problems when they make mistakes as this is not a company that does.

Delivery finally happened about 5pm; driver was alone so we had to help unload the truck!?! The exact same thing happened on the pick-up day - - nothing from them until I phoned at 4pm-ish. Had we been told it would be late afternoon delivery & pick-up, we wouldn't have lost many hours waiting for a call (our function location was near but not at our home). The condition of the tables and chairs was appalling - - very dirty, dented, split and badly chipped plywood table tops; filthy, rickety folding chairs. We had to track down a couple of "normal" patio chairs for two people who would have fallen badly using the rental chairs. The only good thing about the rental was the linens - - they brought the colors I requested, and all were very clean and nice looking. Will never use them again, and will never recommend them - - will actively discourage folks who need party stuffs.

Here are some of the issues we had with Taylor Rental of Vestal: Tents were set up 1 to 3 days later than promised. Many tents were worn and ripped. The main tent was FILTHY (see photo) and was promised by Ralph for 3 days that he would clean it. It took a phone call to the owner the morning of our event to have anything done. Apparently Ralph was just going to ignore it. This tent alone cost over $5,500 to rent. Tables and chair arrived a day late. They were not unloaded where we asked them to causing many more hours of work for our volunteers. The tables were falling apart - many had legs that didn't work, the tops were very rough, and the edges where falling off or missing. Many people setting them up had splinters due to the poor condition. It was obvious that the chairs were brought from another event without being cleaned. Most had to be washed again - and that is a lot of work for 800+ chairs. When I asked Ralph (the service manager) about it said there was nothing he could do. We will definitely be looking for a new supplier next year and recommend you shop around before using Taylor Rental in Vestal. If they treat a $10,000+ rental contract this way how with they handle your smaller event.

He was also very good at incorporating the music we wanted played along with music he knew would work for getting everyone up and dancing on the floor. We also decided to use the photo booth from them and everyone loved it we quickly learned that if we couldn't find someone dancing they were using the photo booth. This is what he does for a living and is very good at making sure you feel comfortable about what is going to happen the day of your wedding music wise.
