The solution to my septic plumbing ordeal began when I called Cisneros Bros. in the middle of the night meaning to leave a message, but surprisingly, after several calls (accidentally called several times in my stress) an actual person answered the phone. Nicole (who answered) must have guessed it was urgent even if after hours. The next day, I met Nathan Knapp who walked me through every single step the crew would take. (Thank you crew!). I was helping my parents with this -- their septic tank broke into a foul river of waste in their front yard. Neighbors called the city for help, we were cited to fix things immediately, and almost $18,000 later it has been fixed. I could not pay ANY company this amount without understanding what in fact they were fixing, how, and the different options. Apparently for many decades, we were not meeting city codes (we didn't know until this septic tank disaster). The cheaper options to "fix" the septic mess weren't really an option because the city citation did not allow the cheaper fixes, but also because we truly needed a major fix. Nathan and the crew (Jeff, Victor and Rogelio) were super hardworking at pumping out the tank and Victor luckily spoke Spanish who could better explain things to my dad. It's hard to pay a bill like this, but I recognize the value of it -- it was necessary, and I really don't think it would have been cheaper or done better by others. We passed the city codes with flying colors and we don't have to worry about a sinkhole or wastewater mess. So glad to have have a brand new seepage pit, new outlet lines etc.!

She clearly explained the pricing structure: $475 if the digging to the tank cover didn't exceed three feet, and $50 for each additional foot beyond that. I really appreciated her honesty upfront--it's refreshing not to be surprised by extra charges after the work is done. She also let me know that a complimentary camera inspection would be included after the service, which added even more value. On the morning of 4/16, I called again because my wife likes to prepare meals and beverages for workers, and we wanted to know how many people to expect. I spoke with Yasmin, who was upbeat and friendly. She let me know that a crew of three would be arriving and that the service would take about two hours. She also updated me that the arrival window had narrowed from 8 AM-5 PM to 8 AM-noon, which was helpful for planning. The crew arrived later than planned (no big deal), led by manager Nate, supervisor Lance, and a trainee named Hector. It was clear right away that this team, assembled by their "big boss" Arelic, was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. I had several questions--probably six or seven--and each one was answered thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand. Nate even took the time to draw a diagram on his tablet to explain how the underground system works and what they would be doing. At one point, Nate had to leave for another job and confidently left Lance in charge. That alone spoke volumes about the trust and teamwork within the company. Lance did an excellent job leading the operation and ensuring everything ran smoothly. I also appreciated how he mentored Hector, making sure he followed all safety procedures and even offering him praise for his work. That kind of positive reinforcement says a lot about the company culture. Overall, I was 100% satisfied with my experience. We had been without heating for just a few days and our Thermostat was not functioning properly since the "ALL PRO" company supposedly repaired our air/heating June 30 of 2025. (Don't ever call All Pro) Edgar was the BEST! He was on time, polite, knew exactly what to do and fixed our heating system and the thermostat. The All Pro rep, five months ago had wired the system incorrectly and reversed terminal wires! I had to get up every night to reset the heat and the system finally quit. Thanks to Edgar for his professional manner and knowledge and he really was responsible for making our Christmas Merry and warm. His efforts for one hour as it rained outside was greatly appreciated and the service charge was reasonable. Their prices have also been more than fair. After suffering through a small fire at my home this last year and having a local flood and fire restoration working on repairs both of my units stopped working. No power to one that previously was working. And the other that was working was now blowing hot air. I was told that for just under $600.00 they would fix the one unit. So of course that seemed great. Air unit still blew hot air after their repair. Other unit that power had stopped to they said was a total loss. I decided to call my own HVAC people, Masco. Turns out the unit with no power, and yes breakers had been checked, had a wire that had been disconnected . Masco did a very thorough check going through attic and ground level. They spent a lot of time really checking, fixed wire that had been undone and charged a vey small amount for all of this. Air conditioner has been working like a dream, no additives or anything, just a wire. This is all documented. For my money and piece of mind the two HVAC companies up here that I would use again and recommend to anyone are Masco & Sons and ACPlus/Matt.
