Before they cut the mirror to the frame properly...
Kailey C.

Highly recommended. I had a old antique vanity and the mirror needed to be cut to fit the vanity properly. The lady who works all the time at the front is very friendly and customer service is SO important to me. Thanks Ricks Glass for not only cutting my mirror, but also installing it!

Stopped by to have glass cut and finished for my bedroom furniture and I was greeted by a very friendly staff. Camille was quick to help me with my needs and immediately placed my order. The prices were extremely fair and competitive. They called me the very next morning to let me know it had already been completed!!! I got it home and it was exactly what I needed! Great job to the whole crew and thanks again Camille!! I will definitely be back again and highly recommend them.

This is the gap between the door and the threshold.

My advice is to make sure you know what you need ahead of time, and understand your insurance…read morecoverage! That way Misty does not need to get involved and come to your rescue! My windshield cracked on a Saturday morning. I called my insurance (Progressive) immediately, expecting everything to be 100% covered. Well, my plan does not include comprehensive glass coverage as Georgia does not require this (most other states do). I would have to pay my deductible for the windshield, and they would cover the balance. They put me through to glass claims, which is run by Safelite. I was told I had to go in person to a shop to get this fixed as my car is new (2021 Honda), and the safety features had to be recalibrated. Progressive sent the referral to Auto Glass Now, who called within the hour to schedule my appointment. They give you an appointment date, and the time is up to you. The work is completed first come first serve, so you might have to wait a while if there are other cars ahead of you. This is my only gripe here as I spent hours waiting for my car to be done (twice). Thankfully there is a Dunkin Donuts directly across the street with Wi-Fi, so I was able to post up there for a little while. I'm sure Auto Glass Now installed whatever my insurance company referred them to do. There was a very obvious sign at the front desk stating this shop does not do recalibrations. I asked about this, and was advised to go to the dealership for this. They also explained that Safelite disconnects all the safety feature wiring when they do replacements, and Auto Glass Now only dismounts the camera from the windshield, so I might not need the recalibration. (and at the end of the story, it did not need to be recalibrated). The next day, I went to Grainger Honda on Chatham Parkway (see my review on their page if you want to follow my saga along *eyeroll*). They told me the safety features were not going to work because I now had an after market windshield. They gave me a quote for how much the Honda brand windshield and the recalibration would cost (over $1,800!). At this point, I was so distraught and my fiancé took over my situation. Somehow he and Misty worked some kind of magic where Progressive would pay for Auto Glass to replace the new windshield with a Honda brand one. It was ordered immediately and installed on the next business day, with no additional cost to me. I cannot thank Misty enough for being so patient and flexible with my situation! These kinds of car troubles can be really difficult and she made this such a smooth process.

They did not even attempt to remove the broken glass in the back and left all the broken glass inside the hatch back frame. When you open and close the hatchback it sounds like a rain stick. I called and spoke with a "district manager" and she said they can't vacuum out the hatch. These guys are terrible.

My husband finally decided to tint the windows on his car and being the savvy shopper that he is,…read morehe called around and decided to go with Pro Tint (PT). PT is a little shop located across the street from Savannah State University (one of the sports fields). The shop is actually a little ranch style house with a 2 car garage that serves as the workshop. They scheduled a time for him to drop off the car in the morning. We drove separately so that I could drive him back and forth. - Parking - It's on a pretty busy street, one lane traffic in each direction, so getting out can be tricky because it's also not a very big parking lot. - Service - The guy who helped us greeted us when we came in, was courteous and very helpful in explaining the different grades and levels of tints. We told him we were in the military and that we were moving out of state soon. Since different states have different laws on the levels of tint, he gave us his advice and recommendations from past experience and other customers with similar situations. - The Goods - We dropped off the car at our appointment time (AM), chose the tint and went on our merry way. They told us they will either call us when the job is done or head back to the shop just before closing, whichever came first. We hadn't heard from them all day, so we made our way back to the shop which turned out to be good timing, because they called as we were driving back. They did a great job, very neat and clean. All windows except windshield, ceramic, medium tint all for $325. Already, the next day, my husband noticed the significant change in temp in the car! - Tip - They will tell you this, but do not open your windows for a few days, to let the tint settle. They also tape the window controls as a reminder. It's no wonder they have been in business for 23 years and have stellar reviews. These guys are efficient and we thought the price was reasonable. They did a great job. I think Tinting is crucial in this Southern heat! I highly recommend getting it done with PT. Stay safe, Friends!
