There was zero proactive communication -- I had to follow up myself, only to be told there were "a few hiccups." In the meantime, I lost 6 hours of work for what ultimately amounted to NOTHING. When I raised the impact this had on my day and income, the response I received was: "We apologize. There's nothing else we can do." That response says everything. No accountability, no attempt to make it right -- just a complete disregard for a customer's time. If appointments can't be honored, don't book them. And if a business causes this level of disruption, the bare minimum should be taking responsibility and offering a solution. With new ownership in place, this experience reflects very poorly on how the business is being run. I won't be returning, and I would strongly suggest others think twice before trusting this shop with their time.

Contacted Mar automotive to have a van I was interested in buying inspected before purchasing and…read moreshipped out to an other province. They looked over the van but didn't bother with the full inspection because it was in such poor shape that it would not pass any out of province inspection unless 8k of work was completed. They also did NOT charge be for this service! They saved me 1000's of dollars in repairs after the seller assured me the van was running great, no problems and would be good to drive across Canada. The take away here... 1.Never Buy a vehicle without having it inspected 1st. 2.Never trust the seller, people can not be trusted nowadays! :(

We had him renew our front breaks and he found that one bearing (that holds the wheel in place) was busted. He fixed it in a timely manner and stayed within his estimate. It's very convenient that you don't need to drive somewhere, but you can keep doing your business while he's repairing your car. Or watch him if your interested :)

My vehicle stayed in their shop for 4 days, and after the inspection they told me that my driver-side lower control arm was broken and that the thermostat needed replacement. They charged me $3,600, but never provided any proof, photos, or explanation showing that the arm was actually broken. They also refused to give me the parts invoice, never showed the cost of the parts they used, and provided no breakdown at all. They charged me $2,200 just for labor, yet this job normally takes around 3 hours, not multiple days. When I asked for labor rate, time, or details, they didn't provide anything. The whole process felt unprofessional, unclear, and extremely overpriced. The worst part is that after I picked up my car, it had even bigger problems than before. The vehicle started having new issues immediately, and now I have to take it to another certified Mercedes mechanic to fix whatever was done to it. I honestly have no idea what they did to my car, but the quality of work seems extremely poor. I am very disappointed and strongly warn anyone with a high-end vehicle: do not trust this shop with your car. They provided no transparency, no proof, no proper documentation, overcharged for labor, and returned my car in worse condition than it arrived.

Funny thing though they told me I needed an alignment. If my tires are not wearing uneven, I do not think an alignment is necessary. Just trying to make money off of a Senior lady I think. I did not have one done. After I left my car was making a weird roaring sound and when I got home I checked and they did not put the cover back on the air filter properly and it was causing the noise. I have used this location many times over the last 20 odd years and was very disappointed today.
