His knowledge, professionalism, and easy-going personality made it easy for us to work with him. He was very patient with us as we kept adding to the list of what we wanted in our first home. He's very thoughtful in his process and makes sure that he's giving us space and time to make decisions and be honest with our feedback on houses we saw. He's helpful in every way possible and we hit the realtor lottery with him! With so many realtors to choose from, it can be difficult to distinguish the good ones from the bad ones. After a negative experience with another realtor, we found Conrad and couldn't be happier! We connected with Conrad immediately and he appreciated our candidness as much as we appreciated his. Buying or selling a house is already stressful enough but when you have a great person who's in your corner, it makes all the difference in the world.

This review is long overdue. You see, we have known John Grant for more than 20 years. He helped…read moreus purchase our home that moved us back to Colorado. Since then, he has helped us and a few of our friends with the sale and/or purchase of many homes. Why do we keep using John? Simply put, because he is, in our opinion, the very best. Sure we could go on about his being a consummate professional, we could talk about his long time experience in the Denver area real estate market, we could even talk about his extensive connections with professionals in the area to help with all of the things connected to the sale and/or purchase of a home, but I want to talk about something more. What sets John apart from his contemporaries is who he is as a person. You see, John has a great heart and a mind that seems to always be in gear for creative thinking when the situation calls for it. John not only understands the ins and outs of the real estate market, but he understands the psychology of buyers, sellers and other agents. He knows how to strategically approach each situation to benefit his clients without harming nor belittling the other parties. John is the poster child for a win/win situation. He is honest (even when one might not like what he has to say) when determining the value of a property and helps his sellers get the most for their property and his buyers get the best deal on their new home. His patience with first time home buyers is equal to his enthusiasm with those of us who have been around the block a few (or more) times. In short, you just cannot go wrong with John Grant on your side. Do we recommend him? ABSOLUTELY we do!

I'm moving to Denver from out of state and I was working with Toby to find a rental home suitable…read moreto my needs. I found a beautiful home online that his real estate company was managing. Perfect! Made an appointment to view it as soon as possible. 10 am:Toby showed up in workout clothes and admitted to have just left the gym - a little unprofessional, but whatever - I was there to check out the house. We ended up loving it and asked him what our next step was? Can we fill out an application? Yeah! What's the process of picking? He said "first come, first serve - if approved". Awesome! I knew that we were the first ones to see this house! He said that the apps take 24 hours to be processed so we should know the outcome by tomorrow. YAY! So we asked for applications, but he didn't have them on him. great..... So he said he would email them to me right then as I walked out the door. Noon: Still hadn't recieved anything from Toby - wtf? My phone is dying trying to check my mail every 5 seconds. So I call him to ask when can I expect to recieve this email? No answer. So then I texted him and asked when could I expect his email? He replied: I got caught up and woul dsend it in about an hour. 2 pm: Two hours later - still no email from Toby. Called him again. No answer. Texted him again. nothing. 3 pm: Called Toby again to see when I would be recieving the email. No answer. Then he finally called me back to inform me that he emailed me the application. 5 pm: Dropped off the checks and applications to his office. I texted him to confirm that we dropped off the money and confirm he got our applications via email. SUNDAY: 2:30pm: Texted Toby to see when should we expect to hear back from him about the applications - no response 6:30 pm: Called Toby - it had been officially 26 hours since we emailed the applications. We were stressing - moving from out of state we only had a limited time to get a house secured. Toby didn't answer. 9:00pm: Texted Toby to check on the status - nothing MONDAY: 2 pm: Texted Toby about the applications - now it had been almost 48 hours. He finally texted me back saying that he should know tomorrow Ohhhhh so it doesn't take 24 hours for the process?? UGH frustrating. So now I'm driving home with no living arrangements secured, because we didn't want to apply to any houses without hearing back from this one. TUESDAY: 11:30 am: Called Toby - no answer Noon: Texted Toby to see about the status - he said he would get back to me quickly 3:00 pm: The owner picked another renter for the house. When I asked why - he wasn't sure becuase we passed everything - apparently the owners just preferred a different tenant. Which is fine. I'm okay with that. What I'm not okay with is that he told us it was first come first serve. LIE. He told us he would get back with us in 24 hours. LIE. He was extremely unprofessional and extremely frustrating to work with. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH HIM.

My husband and I had the great fortune of meeting up with Terry when we decided to both sell our…read moreluxury home and then purchase a new one with him during a depressed real estate market. Well, in no time at all, it was "mission accomplished" with the help of Terry Leach. We consider him to be our friend as well as mentor at the end of our transactions. Terry assisted in listing our unique property using state of the art, professional photography, beautiful color brochures, spectacular home staging and open house techniques. His knowledge of the real estate market, along with his assessment of repairs needed to make the house sell at optimum price were very instrumental in finding the perfect new buyer for our home. Terry listened carefully to us every step of the way, which I would consider to be his very best skill. He is able to really hear what is said and interpret that into success in both selling and buying. For example, there was a point during the sale of the old property in which we told him, the prospective buyers were going to be willing to pay top price for our property if we just held out. He understood that, and in the end, it was not necessary to budge on the price and we received top value for our home. However, the place that Terry really shines is in the home purchasing area. I consider this to be his real calling. He carefully questioned each of us as to our list of requirements for the new home, and really LISTENED! He showed us as many homes as we could possibly see, and was very careful to understand the strengths and weaknesses of each property from our prospective. Each time we went out to see possible properties, he had fine tuned our search. For example, when going to see houses, I preferred to not know the asking price up front so that I could evaluate the property itself without the financial impact. My husband however, being the "bang for the buck" man, really wanted to see the listing Price up front. So, when we met up with Terry to go shopping, my paperwork on each house did not showed the asking price, while my husband's included all the financial information. Further, the lot size on each home became larger with each home as it appeared we really valued a large space and the number of bedrooms reduced as he determined that we did not really need 6 bedrooms, preferring a large living space instead. Shortly after beginning our home search, Terry found the perfect home for us. He identified it, prescreened it, and then arranged a showing. Of course we fell in love. Naturally, no real estate transaction is not without it's bumps in the road, but after some tense contract negotiations by Terry, we were moving in the sofa! One point I really want to make is that we entrusted Terry with higher end home transactions, above 1/2 million. Throughout the entire process we were always confident that Terry had our best interest in mind. At the end of the day, any homeowner, buyer, or seller would be fortunate to retain Terry Leach for their real estate transaction. Whether purchasing your first home, or your dream estate, his honesty, integrity, and a true willingness to listen and negotiate for his client will make your experience with Terry memorable.
