He was over the top with everything and super professional. He exceeded my expectations, excellent with communication. I loved all their advertising techniques, the photos of my home were top notch. It was in the way everything was presented, including Paul's magnetic personality. It's all in the details. Thank you Blake Team!

I moved back to Colorado in May, and decided to buy my first home in Denver. I asked a friend for a…read morerecommendation, and began working with Realtor #1, who after the initial contact was totally unresponsive. I then contacted Realtor #2, who was likewise too busy to get back to me. Finally, I found Suzy Pendergraft, and I couldn't have been happier. Suzy was wonderful. She listened to what I was interested in, and sent me hand-picked listings that she thought I might like. She read my feedback, and further tailored her searches. She set up a full day of showings for me on my first day in Denver, and--when we found the perfect place--she and her supporting team were wonderfully helpful, explaining the whole process to me and easing me through every step. I felt like I had their full attention, even though I was looking for something in a lower price range and knew the commission wouldn't be all that big. Suzy's an excellent real estate agent, and I hope everyone looking for a new home finds someone as great as Suzy. (And, since I fired two agents before I talked to Suzy, I feel like I know a good agent from a bad one.) I keep hoping that someone I know will be looking for a Realtor so I can give her a referral, but for now the best I can do is give Suzy a stellar Yelp review.

We were provided a different commission rate on a net sheet that was much lower than the rate he included on the contract. We will acknowledge that we should have read the fine print to clarify this with him, but we trusted that he would honor the rate on his net sheet. We attempted to contact him multiple times after an email where he called me by the wrong name, despite multiple communications, both through text and email. My husband sent a detailed email outlining our concerns and asking for clarification regarding the discrepencies in the commission rate. Mr. Brautigam never responded to this initial email or the followup email sent by my husband. He responded a day later through text stating that he was selling homes in Evergreen and had just seen the email from my husband outlining our concerns. My husband asked him to call, giving a specific timeframe when he would be available. Mr. Brautigam never called. My husband texted him later that evening, stating that we wanted to terminate our agreement with him and asked for the termination paperwork. Mr. Brautigam responded, stating that he would be by the following day to pick up the sign in our yard, which we had to ask repeatedly for him to place. He never addressed our concerns. He did not take the time to focus on our listing, did not actively market the listing, and now we have had to delist our property in order to find a more suitable agent. The market is voliatle and Mr. Brautigam's lack of attention to detail and complete lack of focus on the client's best interest has disrputed our home selling process in a very negative way. This has been one of the worst experiences we have had with a business in Colorado.
