I needed to find a good place that was relatively close to my house, but also took my insurance. The doctor provided a list of therapists, and this CORA location worked out perfectly. I was able to get a next-day appointment for my evaluation. They tested the limits of my knee to see my range of motion and strength level and then provided a list of exercises that I could do on my own at home. These exercises were also available for me on their customized MedBridge app. The app shows how to do the exercises and you can follow through with it for the entire session. Additionally, I go in for PT twice a week. The staff is very friendly, understanding, and welcoming. They cater to people of all ages and different activity levels and injuries. Odane has been excellent in providing a variety of extensive strengthening and mobility exercises to help stabilize the injured area. He is extremely attentive and corrects your form to ensure you achieve the best results. They will also provide ice or heat after sessions, depending on what each individual needs. If all other CORA facilities are run in this manner, I would highly recommend seeking them out if you ever are in need of physical therapy. I kept asking her for license therapist that you see on each visit that you get to know and they get to know you and can see progress cause I see no improvement. They come up all kinds of answers why not the same person, just milking the Insurance Company. I made switch to another that she has a License Therapist that see's and work with her on each visit, and we see improvement now. My suggestion to others shop around there are so many choose from, and do your homework well, lets face it your the one needing the help the therapist isn't, it's your body that is in pain.
