My wife stopped to get gas at a local convenience store and when she was done her vehicle would not start. After repeated attempts to jump the vehicle we called AAA to tow the it to a local garage. While waiting for the tow truck, two very nice gentlemen pulled into the gas station to get kerosene. I apologized that our dead vehicle was in the way of the kerosene pump, and they asked me what was wrong and to try to start the engine because they were local mechanics. Once they heard the vehicle's sounds they knew what the problem was. They were extremely helpful so we told the tow truck to take the vehicle down the road to their garage. We dropped off the vehicle, they diagnosed the issue that night, and by late morning of the next day our issue was fixed. We want to thank the guys at Richwine's for being there for us and for fixing our vehicle. They were extremely helpful on a 24 degree night and they helped us out immensely.
