I ended up paying over $400 and all I received was leaf blown, and some cleanup. The workers came and didn't finish; I had to call them back to complete some of the bare minimum work. The owner was nice when he came to provide the quote, and back to finish incomplete work, but other than his hospitality I am still unsatisfied with the services. I ultimately had to find a different lawn care company to get the care I wanted.

Mark and his teams, including Jose, uncharacteristically for contractors, were on time and did what they said they were going to do when they said it would be done. They started each day at 8am, and left the work site clean and accessible each evening. Our neighbors are complimenting the pretty rock edged beds and landscape lighting, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience throughout the project.

The projects began by meeting with Trey Laird, and he prepared a detailed color mock-up of his ideas and a proposal with various options. He was very knowledgeable and patiently worked with us to create a finished product better than we imagined. We worked with all of his longtime crews who were very respectful to us and our home. They cleaned up after themselves every day, never blared music and kept to a tight schedule working very hard daily. No corners were cut with any of the preparations and quality work was of upmost importance. They worked with existing drainage, plumbing and sprinklers and made repairs/upgrades as needed while helping to stay within budget. Trey was also very helpful when we picked out planters so we obtained the best shape and size. Neighbors are constantly complementing our yard, and one even stopped to ring the doorbell while on a walk to share his positive thoughts. Trey and his entire team are fantastic to work with, and they are very talented. Highly recommend!!

We are excited to watch it all grow as the fig ivy covers our fence to create a screen of green and the carpet of Asian Jasmine fills in where before there was patchy grass and bald dirt. Miguel really listened and worked with us to do a major overhaul, putting up a back fence, installing sprinklers, improving drainage and even creating the perfect nook for our son's trampoline and finding a perfect little key lime tree for the back raised garden section. They installed a lovely drip type system in our raised bed as well. As the project took shape, Miguel was flexible and responsive and never made me feel we were asking too much or that he was eager to move on to his next project. It felt like we were his only customers! Although I know for sure this was not the case . His employees worked hard and were respectful and friendly at all times. It was a joy to work with this company and we are extremely pleased with our natural wonder!

Several of our neighbors have commented on how impressive the project worked out to completely replace our fence, add a pergola with UV resistant weatherproof cover (install outdoor fan/outdoor speakers/string lights), flagstone pavers, firepit, fountain, relocate our star jasmine, fix our sprinkler system (and add new sprinklers), install hardscape on perimeter/landscape bedding, outdoor lighting system, and more. William was very professional and trustworthy and listened carefully to what we were looking to do and provided details and recommendations on how his crew would handle the project and he always got back to our questions over email/text so we were very comfortable signing the contract soon after he gave the quote. From the time we were on the schedule to after our renovation was completed (with the unfortunate derecho windstorm hitting around the middle of the project and additional rain delays) William's crew were professional, courteous, and tidied up each day. We highly recommend the work and the professional conduct of everyone involved at Houston Landscape Pros. Our yard and patio is so cozy and modern. HUGE THANKS from extremely happy Heights clients.

We set up an appointment time and he arrived at the scheduled time (some never showed up...) We went over the work in detail and he was great to work with, very positive and keen to do a good job. His prices were as expected (some bids way overcharged, just ridiculous amounts!) and we agreed to terms. He arrived on the agreed-to day and did a great job of the yard. I was very happy with the work. I even asked if he could take away some junk that the tenant had left behind and he agreed to this without additional charge - something I loved. We stayed in touch throughout the process (I wasn't there, since I live in another city) and he sent me regular picture updates of the work and any issues. If there was any ambiguity, he would check with me first, rather than assuming (great again!) All in all, I had a great experience with Jonathon and can highly recommend him to do your landscaping. I notice there are not many reviews, but don't let that put you off. This is a real review (although even a fake review would say that I guess) and I would say go for it. Thank-you Jonathon for great work and especially your attention to customer service - something I value.
