Stopped in to get a nail puncture checked out on a tire earlier today. Though I was sure it couldn't be repaired since it was a sidewall puncture, George helped me out by finding a replacement tire in their inventory, did the installation and balancing on it in about 20 minutes total. Great prices on their tires and the service is quick and easy compared to the usual places I go to for tires. Excellent Service! I went in on a Saturday morning and there was only one person in front of me. The Service tech let me know he would be with me in just a few minutes. When it was my turn I explained to the Service Tech what I needed done and he said no problem. I usually go to Calderon's for my patching needs, but they aren't open on the weekends. I visited Rich's Tires off of 7th St and Alma at around 10:30 AM on a Sunday. There was only one other customer there and two employees running the shop. I waited about 15 minutes before being helped. The employee located the hole by placing my tire into a huge bucket of water and then patched it up. It took them about 10 minutes to fix it and reinstall it. The total cost was $25, which is a couple bucks more expensive than Calderon's. But I'm not complaining since they're one of the few that are open during the weekend! Fast and efficient service. Would recommend them if you're in a pinch! read more

Kind of skeptical of this place. I only went here because it was close to my house. But I came here for a tire repair and the guy told me he did a tire PLUG. Originally he told me that I needed my wheel lock key to get my tire out so he can fix my tire with a nail in it, but I couldn't find it so he repaired it by using a jack on my car, putting it on neutral and used the tire plug product to repair it. He also mentioned that he had to patch it up on the inside as well if I ever fiNd the wheel lock key. Anyways, I found it about 1 hr 1/2 later and I drove back here. First of all, he told me that the tire is fine and I asked if he could double check my tire if it's good to go. He said yes it's good (without checking it). I showed him the wheel lock key and he just mentioned that I should just put it in my glove box in case of emergencies and didn't really care to fix my tire from the inside (I'm guessing that's how a proper tire patch repair works?). However this is only the first day of my tire being "fixed" will be going to another tire place to get it properly patched up if that's possible. Wasted my gas honestly, because I came back here for NOTHING. Disappointed. read more

Came to the location in sunnyvale California on Mathilda for a tire repair on my 7x14 big Tex dump trailer. My tire had a flat tire. Easy and fast repair. I ask the owners son to quote me for 16 PLY tires. After two days he called back and quoted me $1500 cash for 5 quantity. I thought this was a great deal. After all was done and installed I was happy customer. After a month, I took my trailer to Orlandis trailers in San Jose. They notified me that out of the 5 tires I had on my trailer one 1 was 16 ply. I was extremely shocked. I went back to the shop and notified the sons owner. He acted like he didn't know. Absolutely absurd. Tried to give me "the difference in cash" I said no I need what I paid for. Be really careful here this is absolutely wrong and not right. They did fix the issue the day I went to complain however this is lost of time and business being run improperly. read more

Great experience. Back right tire on my accord caught a nail last night popped on highway, I put in the spare and then needed to look around for a new tire. I came here and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. They had the exact tire my car has on the other 3 wheels, and quickly installed things. $60 for everything I added a little for their hard work but they have a wide selection new and used.
