The only hard part is they are under staffed in the boarding area so sometimes getting ahold of someone to book is hard. However, when your dog is staying they instantly pick up because they have enough staff in that area. Ahri seems to be exhausted which means she definitely has a blast! It was a little over $220 for three nights, four stars package and a deluxe sweet. She also got a bath before we picked up Ahri. Keep in mind though she stayed over a weekend which made the rate higher. Overall, I highly recommend this place for your dog or cat!

In the last year my dogs have had to be there for many weeks. They have taken such good care of them that it has truly become their home away from home. All I have to say is "we're going to the kennel" and they are running to the car. It is a clean and well cared for facility, in a wonderful setting. My dogs love playing in the barn and it gives them one on one attention every day. Having the owner right there on the property is very reassuring. Valerie and her staff are truly outstanding.

I'll keep this short and effective. We've boarded here 4 times and this is our last. The pictures…read moreare what was initially explained by Kevin as an attack from a pit bull. Upon further questioning after they paid my vet bill, a different employee explained it was an issue with a faulty kennel divider and that his tail got stuck in it. When we asked if the pitbulls would be allowed back we were told, "they've been coming here a long time." Nothing was explained about fixing the faulty kennel design. I understand things like this can happen, but then, Kevin when on to tell my wife that he actually had a dog bite another dogs tail off. Board at your own risk. They've identified the issue and took responsibility for it but are unwilling to prevent it from happening again.

Jasmine was amazing, sweet... kind...and caring…read more I just moved here and was excited to try this place, welcoming environment... they were kind to me. My little one got groomed by Lauren, was told Zeus was "psycho" and I left wanting to cry by her continuous negative comments. Jasmine went out of her way to reach out to me and apologize. I wanted to book again with both of them, but lauren made it clear in front of me that she did not want to groom Zeus again. Which is fine and understandable, but I wish it wasn't done in front of me... I wouldn't want anyone not comfortable grooming my dog to groom my dog. Jasmine was kind and was going to groom both of them again...I ended up just cancelling the future appointment. I would recommend Jasmine 100% she did an amazing job with Shadow (Goldendoodle) and made me feel great. I appreciate her going out of her way for me and offering to groom Zeus (maltipoo) I know she would be kind and patient with him. Zeus is a little timid and is sensitive... especially on his feet. I haven't had that reaction after a groom for him until I came here. Zeus is extremely sweet, you just need to take your time with him.

My other dog didn't get his daily tooth brushing treat that should have been on the paper that is highlighted but his meds are on there and he only got them the first day! They didn't give them their toys either. One of the toys has a rawhide ring on it and it wasn't touched. On the ride home he got the ring off in the first 5 mins in the car! I prepared all the food for both dogs in bags so all they had to do is dump it in their bowls. I did provide pumpkin for my little guy this time and it was twice as much pumpkin than he needed. They didn't give me my container back or the extra pumpkin. His name and the amount he needed was on the container. There are a lot more issues but I don't have the time to type them all out. The owner has been made aware of the issues and has not responded to my email about how she can make this right. I asked that they start giving a military discount in honor of my boys. Maybe $5 a stay would be great to remember how badly they were treated so they don't do that to another poor dog. I will never trust them with my boys again! To your response. Your staff knew that we are a military family and said that you don't have a military discount! Because I asked! The reason the boys were there were for all military reasons! I gave you days to reply to my second message about how you could make things right and you never did! The first email I sent you never responded to! The reply to your email I waited from the 29th to the 3rd when I sent another message. More proof you can't be trusted.
