The estimates from other contractors varied widely in scope and price. Juan took the time to understand the condition of our roof and explain what the best course of action should be and gave us a fair price. Our project was a full re-roofing, with new skylights and canales. Juan was the only contractor to let us know we needed to take steps inside to catch dust and pumice that was going to fall through our plank and beam ceiling. Juan, Rick, Valentine, and the rest of the Mircon crew were great to work with. They kept us well-informed on progress and a few complications that inevitably came up during the job. Juan was quick to return my calls, instilling trust and educating me with every conversation. Throughout the job, the crew was incredible at managing all the materials and mess. When they were done, they left the job site without a trace. I can't say enough good things about Mircon. I'd use them again in a minute, but with the workmanship and great warrantee, this will be my last roof.
