Unfortunately my septic system was old and I had to replace the leach lines. I called and spoke…read morewith the owner of the company and they very quickly got me in touch with their foreman. Who came out to my house and went over a repair plan and helped me to set up a very nice system. I had a very unique situation in my yard due to a deck and a concrete patio covering my septic system that had been installed before I moved in and I had a lot of things I wanted to add to the system to make it that much better because I did not want to dig up my yard twice. Not only did they come out in a timely fashion, but it only took them three days to get the entire thing done. I was worried that my yard would be all torn up by the end of this. However, their efficiency, experience and care for what they do shows well in the two pictures I have included. The first picture is Tuesday when I got home from work the second picture is Wednesday. Not only did they get the entire job done in three days. They put my yard back together completely as though they had not been there. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs septic services, including pumping. Because of the kindness and professionalism of their employees and of the people who run the company. I paid to have this done but to the owners Paul and Jenny and the foreman James the drill operator Rusty and the rest of their crew thank you for a great job done in a very timely manner and a sense of humanity with your care for what you do and how you do it. This type of care for what you do is getting rare in the world now and it was a pleasure to do business with a company that truly cares about a job done right!

Zero starts if I could. Terrible company takes advantage. My septic was pumped and I was advised…read morethere would be an additional 250 charge to clear the line of which I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED IF IT DIDN'T WORK. That was what I was told in person, my daughter was on the phone. There was no specification of what line was being cleared, no specification that there was any stipulations on the refund. The guy simply said if it doesn't work I won't charge no small print disclosed. My toliet worked but all the sewage was backed into my bathtub( see picture). Thats what was in my bathroom when he finished. Doesn't look clear to me, now I am no plumber or septic pro, but come on. They offered a good faith refund of 100. I'm confused they said if it didn't work it would be a 250 refund not 100. Do not use! Do not recommend! Rip off!!! Zero stars. If you are not a plumber then you should not say I will clear the line for an additional 250 and if it doesn't work I won't charge you. The right thing to do would be to say you need a regular plumber if you couldn't do what I needed. Not charge me almost 1000 dollars to not fix the problem I wanted addressed. We talked on the phone also got bombarded by you and your wife via text. There is nothing more to talk about maybe you will be better and more clear and concise or just do the right thing and refund the 250.

Well today I lost all respect for this company. Always thought they were the go to company in the…read morearea and now I have been burned by they 1 too many times. Last year we were buying a new house and I had our realtor use these people to pump and inspect the septic system. When they completed their work they sent the report over. No one caught that the front office over there sent the wrong report and it took me reviewing docs to realize they just about cost us an entire new system at our expense. The correct report said the system failed and we almost signed off on the repairs portion of the house contract. When we finally got the report they called for almost $18k worth of repairs. The seller and us got 2 other inspections and bids with G and C being $6k and $7k more expensive than the others. Glad we dogged a bullet on that one after we almost got screwed because of their error. Now I'm not sure why I gave them another chance but almost 2 weeks ago I called to schedule a septic pumping and wanted to see the condition after 1 year to make sure our family is doing the right things etc. Told they would call the day before. Never received the call so today I called in at 8am for our 10am appointment. Was told they called everyone and confirmed appointments for the next day. I said no, never called me. The office lady said yeah, I called you and who ever answered the phone said they never scheduled a septic pumping. At what point you think what is the issue here. They took me out of the calendar and when I called they said I turned down the service. Lady, you never called me. It's my personal cell phone and you never called and spoke to me. You clearly dialed the wrong number and of course that person didn't need their septic pumped but I it. She then called and said the next appointment wouldn't be till next week. Clearly the office staff at this company are flat out incompetent and need to be replaced. With the issue last year receiving the wrong report and today, they clearly shouldn't be employed. Will NEVER use these folks again and will definitely spread the word about their incompetence that almost cost me $18k last year and the pumping issue this year. Steer clear and go with a better company.
