He evaluated the age and operation during the inspection and provided excellent guidance for maintenance and regular use. What can I say about this company and Cameron. The best , reasonable pricing,great service ,polite, and on time. He came out to pump septic ,even told me I could wait and was so nice . I decided to do it since he was here. He also inspected my lines and gave me great news,not needed . I also had a main line stoppage he tired to clear it but didn't have the tools. Dang he worked hard on it,cleaned some but needed a snake. So I called a company that I had paid for and asked them to wait until I pumped septic. Anyhow he was great he will be the only Septic company I use going forward. Fyi I called Clarks Septic first for Friday apt and was told their guy came out and couldn't get through to the back yard. Get this no call , no knock on door and I didnt know where he was , I called his boss and was told he thought he had come and this was 2 hours later. He didn't even call his boss to tell him didn't do the work ,no communication at all. We canceled dr apts too. Anyhow had to call AAA to come out and the guy could do the following Monday. It was time to have our septic tank pumped since moving to Tracy 3 years ago. Being rookies when it comes to having this service performed and not knowing exactly where and how deep our tank lids were we thought this would be a daunting procedure. Gave Mark a call on a Monday he was here the very next day. After literally poking around for a few minutes he located both of them. They are about 2 feet underground and one was set back under 6 inches of previously installed patio concrete. After about 2 hours of digging and clearing the way to get the lids open, Mark when to work emptying our septic tank. Mark was very prompt in returning our phone calls, very professional and a pleasure to work with. His recommendation of where to buy the 2 set of risers we needed was spot on with their knowledge and customer service. We will be leaving a review for P & L Concrete in Escalon too. Septic backed up and for years we used Tony Silva & Brothers! They retired and we were like who do we use? We called everywhere in town and no one could do same day service. We called AAA Septic and Mark called right back and was able to give us same day service! I called him at 8:00 am and he was at my home at 9:30 am! He hooked up his hoses and went straight to work. He contacted me to show me he pumped the whole tank dry and made sure I flushed all the bathroom toilets to ensure everything worked properly. Mark has been doing this for over 30 years, he's knowledgeable, hard working, reliable and just and all around honest guy. Also, I called around and his prices are very reasonable. AAA Septic came out to pump my tank, and couldn't locate it. Mark spent at least a half hour prodding around the area where it should have been, and recommended a camera company come out to locate it. I asked how much I owed him and he said "nothing." The camera company, Budget Plumbing, found it under a concrete slab! I jackhammered out the concrete and removed the dirt covering the septic tank. Mark returned and pumped the tank, inspected it, and checked my leech lines for good flow. He is very professional, polite, honest, and isn't afraid of hard work. (He also liked my big dogs!) His tank truck was spotless , quite and hardly any smell while pumping. This was a great experience for me as I dodged a bullet by having the tank pumped BEFORE the system backed up and tried to do all this in an "emergency situation." It is a real pleasure to hire someone to do a job, without any problems or "additional charges." IMO AAA Septic pumping is the only call you need to make! read more
