I wish I would've called their shop because they do carry batteries for cheaper and I know they would've done a better job with the installation) I called over to their shop because a friendly stranger tried jumping my van with no luck. Sean instantly knew what the problem was and drove 10 minutes to help me out and solve my problem. He didn't even charge me for trip out. Title: Disappointing Service and Poor Tire Installation…read more I recently purchased and had new tires installed on my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon at North Jackson Tire in Tullahoma, paying $174.50 for the service. Unfortunately, the installation was not performed correctly, resulting in a noticeable vibration as soon as I drove away. I returned the same day and was told the tires were balanced properly, but the vibration continued. As someone familiar with tire mounting, I pointed out that off-road tires (35x12.50R17) typically have red and yellow dots that should align with the valve stem for proper balancing. Only three out of five tires were mounted correctly. When I brought my vehicle back again, I was told "that's not how it's done." The shop rebalanced two tires and returned my Jeep, but the vibration persisted, and the alignment of the dots was still incorrect. After this visit, I also noticed two rims had been damaged, which had no prior marks or scuffs before service. To confirm, I took my Jeep to Discount Tire in Murfreesboro, where the technicians immediately acknowledged that my understanding of the dot alignment process was correct. They rebalanced the tires properly for $162, and the vibration issue was completely resolved. While I appreciate small businesses and want to support local shops, my experience at North Jackson Tire was disappointing. The lack of attention to detail, unwillingness to acknowledge customer feedback, and damage to my rims made this a costly and frustrating situation.
