I can't say enough about the incredible experience I had with Milly's Auto Repair. I was driving…read morecross-country during a big move when, early one morning on the final leg of my journey, I accidentally bought bad gas that left my car completely inoperable. Stranded and unsure where I was, I called the closest shop and got connected to Eli. I was nervous, knowing this could be a major repair, but Eli immediately put me at ease with his friendly, professional demeanor. Eli quickly referred me to a tow truck driver, and as soon as my car made it to his shop, he and his team got to work. Since the repair would take a few days, I needed a place to stay with my dog. Being in a small town without rideshare or taxi options, Eli went above and beyond by giving me a ride to my hotel--talk about service! Knowing that I was in the middle of a cross-country move, Eli and his team hustled to get my car fixed within 48 hours. The team worked hard to get me back on the road safely, and to top it all off, Eli even came back to pick me up from my hotel once the repair was done. It wasn't just Eli who went the extra mile; two other mechanics also worked on my car. Everyone I met was kind, and Eli kept me updated every step of the way. I am so grateful for the amazing work and the above-and-beyond customer service at Milly's. They truly saved my journey, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you ever need help in the area, go to Milly's; you won't be disappointed!

At that time I found out the truck had been wrecked, air bag deployed, and structural damage. This turned a $9,000 vehicle into a $2,400 vehicle. Buyer beware, they do not do a Carfax. Do your own due diligence - I did not, and it has caused a huge problem. I put too much trust in people but have learned my lesson. When I contacted the dealership about the vehicle, I was told 'sorry'. I asked them about purchasing the vehicle back, was told NO. I'm now stuck with a vehicle with no value...lost several thousand dollars in just a few weeks.

I immediately began searching the internet, phone book, reading Yelp reviews, etc. to try to figure out the best reputable mechanics in Manchester. Often, I feel like some women can be easily taken advantage of by certain mechanics. I had to find out how to affordably get my car fixed and get home in time to work this weekend. The 1. Review on Yelp was for All Phase. Tom and his wife Sue were so kind, and went out of their way to ensure our safety and help us make the best choice for fixing the vehicle. Brian was amazing too - knowledgable, courteous, efficient and willing to go the extra mile - even on a Friday! Cooper, a beautiful, sweet, sable Doberman, & 2 other fur friends are on site and willing to meet & greet as well. I HIGHLY recommend Tom and his ENTIRE staff at All Phase in Manchester.
