I was speaking with my wife at the counter trying to convince her to buy a new car, when doing so the man whom runs the front counter got very rude and was aggravated with me. I then said no thank you to the oil change. My wife got a call from Manchester tire & brake letting her know that the front stabilizers were broke, so she said replace them, i was fine with that, so i assumed when he said to me all was fixed and was ready for pick up. When I arrived at Manchester tire and brake I asked the counter man if they had also looked at the rear drivers side for the noise I heard, he said no and immediately got an attitude and said it was our fault and that we said for him not to look at it, I then said to him, no I said no to the oil change. His attitude was so bad he then said to me that they do not take peoples money and that they had enough business not to do such a thing, under no circumstance did I ever acuse him or them of cheating clients out of thier money. I was a repeat customer and took all my vehicles to them for repairs, no more will I go to this establishment for any reason unless I get a formal apology from the owner or management ASAP. In the past I have always been very happy with thier service and workmanship, the quality and value of thier parts and work ethics have been great in the past. What happened to being greeted with respect and listening careful to the customers needs. The man whom runs the counter apologized and stated he was overwhelmed with too many customers but yet he was rude and acussing me and my wife of being at fault. I was told this is a Christian based company, are we not suppose to be humble and kind to one another?

Insurance company wanted jeep towed to Walmart and I knew that wouldn't work so I started googling repairs shops and because of the time of day I knew we would be spending the night there asked my sister-in-law to find a hotel for us. Looking at the list of repairs shops I thought I don't know these places, how do I decide. I selected FREEDOM because of what the word stands for, the colors and the stars inside of the "O". It was after hours when I called but Brandon answered. He listened. Brandon responded with professionalism. Didn't rush me. Guided me on what to tell the tow driver and that he would look at the jeep first thing Tuesday morning. Next morning when he shared what had been found and suspected I was overwhelmed. He let me call my husband and put him on conference call. He shared again his thoughts and recommendations. Brandon was straightforward with us so my husband and I had prepared to move the jeep to a dealership where it was going to take at least 6 days to repair and involved a rental expense when Brandon called me back with good news and we elected to let him move forward on repair. This was at 10am and Mom and I were back on the road by 3:30pm. The jeep's driving like a dream. I believe we had better gas mileage after the repair. If I lived in Manchester, TN.
