After looking at an itemized list of the service I was sad to see that the billing is not honest . I personally spoke to Gabby that was not being transparent. I was scared for my 13 plus year at first to undergo such an ordeal, but at the consultation, all my questions were answered and my son, though very young had a clear understanding of what was to take place. The level of professionalism displayed by staff is satisfying. We were never treated or made to feel as if we were not a priority. My son had his surgery in July on a Tuesday and he had experienced no pain in the healing process and the swelling was gone completely by end of week. When our family dentist retired, we were left with the daunting task of trying to replace him. After many stumbles with a very large practice, I was left traumatized with a 1 year old, ill fitting, poorly made, and now broken crown that needed to be replaced. My parents, who live in West Palm Beach, raved about Dr Gaeta, and suggested we try him Me: But Mom, he's 2 hours away! Mom: And how many hours did you spend at (un-named) Miami dentist having the crown adjusted, readjusted, tweaked and twerked, and it was still wrong? Me: 11 adjustments (ELEVEN), plus an unnecessary root canal And, as usual, Mother's advice was best. Dr Gaeta is not just a dentist. He's a highly skilled technician, and he's an artist. As a matter of fact, another doctor wanted to do a lot of work on my teeth, so I came to Dr Hardin and asked him for his opinion. It was obvious that the first dentist wanted to do unnecessary work and Dr Hardin saved me a lot of money by going the conservative route. Dr Hardin will never suggest any work to be done that doesn't need to be done.
