The waiting room is designed to be pleasing to guests, including a kids area that was not gaudy, a table for people to sit upright at, or more comfy options. Did I have to actually go into the appointment?! But I'm glad I did. First off a state of the art 360 x-ray, the surgeon jumping in to answer a question I needed to proceed but before the consultation. My consultation was incredible thorough. I learned so much, was privy to a giant view of my x rays and answers to questions- and I felt very very confident that the surgeon and staff truly have my best interest at heart. There was no pressure at all, just concern, and I felt very heard. If I proceed with the oral surgery, this will be where I go for it 100% no question. But it didn't end there! I was taken to a small room equally decked out with decor _and_ the other side of the waiting room fish tank, and a very kind person sat down and went over all the costs with me line by line. This was an incredibly thorough explanation- and I feel so grateful to know that going into this I am in not only in the best hands teeth wise but also with regard to my finances. I can't imagine a more pleasant discussion about billing ever in my life - thank you to each and every person who made my visit so awesome. I've put off having this appointment for years due to fears around oral surgery and in just one appointment, I not only feel certain I need it, but confident that this was be the least painful physically and financially as humanly possible. It started about 2 weeks ago. I was referred to them by another dentist. I had talked to somebody in their office from the dentist office I was calling from I thought everything was setting okay. Two days later I get a phone call and I hear nobody at the other end I say hello hello over and over and over and over again nobody responds I hang up I don't know who they are I don't know the name of the individual calling me. Not long after that I get another phone call from another phone number from this office and I go hello hello hello can somebody please tell me what's going on here why you calling and nobody's responding literally I'm busy I have things to do please stop calling it if you're not going to talk or if you want to talk speak up I'm talking to people all day long I don't have a problem and all of a sudden you call and I'm having a problem Turn the next day I call and when I call I said hello is anybody there I don't get an answer here we go again with the same silent treatment mind you I don't have a problem talking on the phone to anybody else just them. And I'm calling and calling and calling and finally I say the heck with this I move on for the rest of my day was something else the following day I tried again and when I call somebody and I get somebody this woman this woman Lizette says yes I said can I get an office manager cuz I've had a problem the last couple of days she said there is no office manager here I said ma'am I don't want to answer questions I don't want to hear information I just rather talk to her office manager and get this straightened out once and for all she can tell me there is a office manager there I wasn't getting anywhere with her there was no point to continuing this conversation she don't want to give me the office manager and she had her reason. So I decided when I got a chance I was going to go visit that office and try to talk to somebody. So when I enter the office on a Thursday afternoon last week March 5th 2026 I had a conversation what was that she assured me she was going to call me Friday afternoon and things were going to work out and she would talk to me and straighten this out for me so now it's March 10th and I'm trying to talk to them to find out what happened to Lizette according to her information she no longer works there. And when I talk to somebody else today on March 10th she said the manager is not there and not available. I said listen man I just want to get something resolved I want to find out what's going on I want to know why every week you have another person. According to the woman that called me her name was Anna I don't know how she got a job there I don't care how she got a job there but she doesn't know how to be a good communicator on the phone. Anyway I didn't want to talk to this girl that I was talking to that picked up the phone today March 10th 2026. She started giving me the third degree she wanted to know all kinds of information she was very aggressive and very demanding I felt very uncomfortable and I didn't want to talk to anybody at office manager because there was so much confusion going on to begin with. That didn't work out well when I finally got somebody in management they decided they didn't want to work with me and help me. Communication properly and effectively is key in any business I've noticed nobody knows how to do that anymore. This is not where I want to go with this this is not what I wanted to do and it became very frustrating and chaotic for me to try to get something resolved because I didn't feel comfortable talking to office anymore unless they were management. I would start off nice polite a courteous and ends up frustrated and disgusted I've even tried to talk to the doctor and he referred me back to him when I tried to tell him there was a communication problem he could care less and ignored me. This probably doesn't sound healthy normal or realistic but these events actually took place I just wanted a positive experience with a positive attitude and I get all this confusion chaos calamity and frustration. I tried to talk to an office manager that said they were office management capability but he didn't want to hear what let up to why I had a response to the reaction that I got. And don't know what's wrong with society I don't know what has become a people and doctors offices but I am not the only one feeling this experiencing this and going through it I hear all kinds of stories all the time. I don't know what kind of training they had I don't care now if you're going to ask somebody how you can help them give them an opportunity the person you're talking to to explain themselves without cutting them off every time they're trying to tell that individual working for this doctor that wants to get the point across

I developed a horrific infection that literally blew up overnight and I just couldn't understand how this happened. My first impression as I walked in was of Dr. Lubell's Office Manager/Receptionist who advised that they would allow me to make payments and were giving me the "HMO" price, but the payments needed to be made within 3 months to the tune of $450.00 per month, because I, like thousands of Palm Beach County residents, do not have insurance (much less Dental Insurance) nor do I have a few thousand sitting in a reserve account for just such situations like this. I do not have $450.00 per month to spare (I barely have $100.00 after bills) so I sold the only jewelry I have to my name and was able to come up with $825.00 which I thought was a pretty good start. Instead of being happy I came up with ANYTHING (which was not going to be the case initially...) I was sternly told that payment was expected on the SAME DAY each month and I had better let her know what day my card was to be charged for the remainder of the balance of $580.00 (this, by the way, is a DEBIT card - not a credit card I can pay over time). By the time I got to see the Endodontist, it was after 5:30 and I suppose because I was an "Emergency Patient" being seen at the end of the day and probably because he was tired, he was not even remotely pleasant. I was spoken to with sarcasm and criticism. I was criticized by Dr. Lubell because I let my condition go on "so long" that he had to use much more Novacaine than is normal .... (so, it was MY fault I was in the condition I was in, huh? As I stated before, I had a Root Canal done about 2 years ago with "Perfect Smile Dentistry" in Wellington, FL - Paid in full, I might add... Apparently, unbeknownst to me, Root Canal's "Fail", requiring a 2nd Root Canal AT FULL COST, AGAIN, I MIGHT ADD. I have had [unfortunately] many, Root Canals and have NEVER had one "Fail"). So, my tooth blows up on me and within 1 day, is so infected that I want to kill myself from the pain and NOW, not only is "Perfect Smile" not willing to take responsibility for their "Failure", they send me to this guy who makes everything MY fault and whose Office Manager treats me as though I'm a derelict off the street they're required to treat! He states that he is unable to reach the infection so he'll just leave this gaping hole in my tooth for a WEEK and afterward, will fill with temporary filling on my next visit. When I asked if I'm able to eat and if so, how (obviously fearing any food particle making its way up that canyon he's left behind), I'm told in the most sarcastic manner to "chew on the other side". I can only hope this procedure works this time. Only time will tell. I can say this - unless you have a GREAT dental plan and a few thousand in the bank, don't expect a pleasant doctor/patient relationship out of this guy. I was left with a very bad taste in my mouth and I'm not talking about the Novacaine. Unfortunately, I have to go back to this guy in a week. Another word of caution - apparently, I am required to go back to "my" Dentist's office to have the tooth filled permanently.... the SAME office that "Failed me before requiring I pay TWICE for the same procedure!!!!! I'm not saying my situation is Lubell's fault, but based on his attitude and that of his staff, toward me, if I ever need an Endodontist, I won't be going to see him and I certainly would not refer. I mean .... is it REALLY too much to ask that a health-care professional, who chooses to work with the general public, actually be kind and considerate toward those he or she practices on? Especially financially - considering the current economic situation of the U.S.....

Their reasoning is that I called and canceled last minute when I called an hour in advance, they told me that their policy is you have to call 2 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule, but my appointment was at 10 AM and they opened at 8:30 AM so even if I needed to reschedule 2 hours in advance I wouldn't be able to. So I took it a little further and asked asked if they never had anyone reschedule or cancel last minute before and they just said to me that it is their policy. The guy on the phone told me that I already confirmed the appointment with them the day before. I said to him that a lot can happen within 24hrs and how am I supposed to know something was going to come up, all he had to say to me was that it was the Doctor who said it and not him. So I will never be able to schedule an appointment at this office again because I needed to reschedule my appointment. To me it just seemed like the Dr. Vo was upset that I needed to reschedule "Not even cancel but Reschedule". I'm sorry I'm not an expert but I think that this so called "Policy" doesn't really mesh too well with businesses in the service industry. So use me as an example people if you are making an appointment with this office think long and hard about all the possible emergencies you might have before booking anything because their policy indicates your next to be banned from their office so pretty much it's either your emergency or them. So God forbid if you have something come up before your appointment with this office.
