April 2025 - I had an extraction and bone graft here. I was told the first few days would be tough but by day four, I was still in unbearable pain, with no real support. They acknowledged the tooth had a severe infection, but only prescribed ibuprofen. Nothing stronger. I couldn't eat, sleep, or talk. I felt completely dismissed and neglected. Once they got paid, that was it. No follow-up, no concern. Just empty reassurances and zero empathy. August 4, 2025 - Against my better judgment, I came back for the next step (implant screw). I called two hours ahead to request laughing gas due to my last trauma. After the procedure, I experienced immediate discomfort. Then it got worse. The front desk staff were rude, cold, and completely unhelpful. My prescription was supposedly sent at 1:45 PM, but the pharmacy never received it. I called the office FOUR times and got nowhere. The final time, Joan yelled at my husband, claiming she "saw it go through" and told us to be patient. Meanwhile, I'm bleeding, swollen, and in intense pain with no pain meds. This place is a nightmare. They don't care about people only profit. I left in tears and would never recommend this office to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I truly hope they are held accountable for their gross negligence and inhumane treatment. Do yourself a favor--go to a dentist who actually cares.
