He gave me the rush job on my first visit as I explained my problem. When I asked a question he would give me very curt answers. He ordered tests of a ct scan of my sinuses and a barium swallow of my throat because I also had trouble swallowing. Had the tests called for the results said he'd call me with the results and never did. The receptionist was the only one who tried to help. Left a voicemail for his nurse never returned my call. After many attempts and complaints the receptionist had an assistant call me and said he sent a script for steroids for my sinus inflammation. I can't take steroids with my other meds and he should have known this. The doctor on call told me not to take it. The following week I had my follow up he said I had sinus issues and gave me a nasal spray to stop the runny nose which actually works. I'll give him that. Said I had reflux. But the worst was he said I might have had a virus not Covid that took away my taste and smell and I would never get it back. No hope. No more tests nothing. Referred me to a gastroenterologist. Well I got a second opinion from an amazing ent who recommended a hospital in Philadelphia who specializes in smell and taste disorders. I'm currently undergoing those tests. If I would have listened to Dr Bard who just dismissed my case I wouldn't have some hope. So if your looking for plastic surgery this is your office. If your looking for hope don't go to Dr Bard. He really doesn't care.

He said I had a polyp on in inside tip of my nose which should be removed. I specified that when I made my appointment. Dr. Bard told me he had no time to do this tiny procedure and directed me to payment which I told him I wold not do. Rudely, he told me "Yes you will". I called my insurance company and told them not to pay. They acknowledged. I found Dr, Bard to be very rude and I will never visit this ENT office again

Unhygienic Office and Unprofessional Staff -- Avoid at All Costs…read more If you value cleanliness, professionalism, or basic human decency, stay far away from this medical office. The facility was visibly dirty -- floors unswept, dust in patient areas, and exam rooms that looked like they hadn't been appropriately sanitized between visits. In a medical environment, that's unacceptable and borderline dangerous. The staff was rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in patient care. I witnessed front desk personnel rolling their eyes at patient questions, ignoring phone calls, and openly complaining about their jobs. Even worse, the owners themselves seemed just as indifferent and combative when concerns were raised--more concerned with defending bad behavior than fixing it. This isn't just a bad experience -- it's a warning sign. A medical office that treats its patients and facility this poorly shouldn't be operating. There are far better, safer options nearby.

His demeanor was completely disinterested, and he made no real effort to understand the musculoskeletal issues I'm experiencing. He dismissed everything I tried to explain, despite the fact that my cardiologist referred me specifically to an orthopedist for non-cardiac chest pain and related symptoms. I came prepared with a chest CT scan, which he couldn't even open from the disc. After fumbling with the computer, he said he'd "review it in his office"--though I sincerely doubt he ever looked at it. He later reappeared, claimed nothing was wrong, and offered zero explanation, zero treatment options, and zero next steps. This was, without a doubt, the worst medical experience I've ever had. If I were this careless and dismissive with my own work clients, I'd be out of a job. Truly disgraceful. DO BETTER. And for those reading this from abroad: yes, this is what American healthcare often looks like--and we pay absurd amounts for it.

Great so far. I've…read morehad two sessions and am suitably impressed with this provider. The therapy/program is suited to my problem, so I'm going to focus on what I liked about the way the facility is run. 1) Not pertinent for me, but easy to get in to, parking is not a fiasco -- this actually is a major afterthought for most places as they try to put in-group offices together. Instead, PT not requiring a drop off and long walk or not having to navigate a bunch of corridors is a pretty big deal. 2) I've been early both times and this place isn't overbooked. Overbooking is an increasing problem among specialties and there is less and less regard for the patient's time. They're busy here, but it's not slammed or over-crowded. Very big plus. 3) You can miss the turn in here, and even though it's a busy road, it's in a location that you have several choices of directions to come with, it's only a 1-on-1 road with good sized breakdown lanes All of the patients seem to value their time there, and everyone that works there seems to be doing what they want to do. Physical Therapy and recovery are a very personalized experience - that appears to be the top priority at Top Hat. If your injury or problem has been particularly discouraging or draining, this is a really big deal an I recommend them highly.

Continued success in all you do.

Thanks to Dr. Sanderson and his amazing staff, I was fortunate enough to be one of those people. The care I received before my surgery, during my hospital stay, and my post-op care have been the best I've ever received! I had my surgery 7 weeks ago and I'm doing great!
