Avoided making an appointment at all cost, then a close family friend recommended me to the AG Family Dentistry. Dr. Gupta made my experience so amazing...hard to put all that in one paragraph especially when it comes to going to the dentist! His assistant eased my mind and held my hand as he extracted my top 2 wisdom teeth. She reassured me that I wouldn't feel any pain and minimal pressure. I'm sure I asked about a million times prior!!! Also, watching the needles and pliers come out was so scary for me but she also made it comfortable for me and helped me relax. Dr. Guptas confidence in his profession and being non-judgement about me not being to a dentist in over 10 years really made me feel welcomed! The procedure was so fast I couldn't believe it....but thankful it was finally over. Thanks again so much to you & your assistant. I wish I would have gotten her name, only thing I regret about today.

You have to ask for every bit of information your given and not sure it's accurate. I do NOT recommend and I will find another dentist.

They understand not everyone can afford extensive dental work and go above and beyond to help make it possible for each and every patient. They do ample projects for their community and are never hesitant to lend a helping hand to those who need it. I would not recommend anyone else if you are looking for staff and doctors who genuinely care about what they do. I wish there was a higher rating than 5 stars!

I myself would never step foot in this office again. Tried for days after getting an x ray done…read morethere an i had a broken wisdom tooth and called n called. I kinda considered it an emergency but they said they couldn't fit me in until June 5th. so I found another dentist that would get me in faster, so I asked for my x rays when I talked to Christy on the phone. She was like sure you can stop by and sign a wavier for them to be email my x rays to the dentist that did make me a priority. But when I go to the office to sign the release Christy then tells me I have to pay 168.00 to get records but she failed to tell me this on the phone. This Was around lunch time. So I leave their office without x rays in hand. so then my phone rings and Christy leaves me a voicemail stating that they could get me in at 4. Keep in mind this is at like 3:30. they told me first I needed a root canal n then when they called to squeeze me in they wanted to pull the tooth. This whole time I'm in pain just trying to get my tooth taken care of. 1st a the last time I'll ever go there. Looking at the dentist office size I'm sure they wont miss my payments but I'm gonna go somewhere where I matter

The nurse the whole time she was doing the cleaning and before she put her gloves on and never took…read morethem off when she walked out the room or when she picked something off the floor she just cleaned off her gloves with Clorox wipes. The floors are disgusting and the doctor was extremely rude to the people next to us. The doctor started talking and the lady said something about her mouth and he said well you didn't let me finish rudely.

There is also LOTS of available times for appointments. HOWEVER, the secretaries LIED when I set my appointment for the $69.00 teeth cleaning, because once I was finished with the cleaning, the dentist hygenist MADE ME pay an additional $100 for the required X-ray picture and the additoinal work on my teeth. In addition, the hygenist did a TERRIBLE job on cleaning my teeth. I was highly disappointed.
