I was a patient of Dr. Jackson (the father) as an adolescent many years ago, because his business was "the place" to go. He seemed nice and I had my teeth straightened, his son (younger Dr. Jackson) gave me the creeps.... Unfortunately, it wasn't until adulthood that I realized the issues which have been a result of the orthodontic work. Things such as permanent retainer problems because they don't tell you it's actually a fixed retainer that eventually needs to come out or how the twisted metal type can cause dental problems, along with midline discrepancy, tongue crowding, airway restriction, and TMJ. All alterations done to me as a child. If I could go back in time, I would've sought out other services with what I know now. Sure my teeth "looked good", but everything that I realized was a result of the orthodontics work done by this business, which seemed more like a factory getting kids in and out, I wish I had been more aware and educated then. Please do your research before trusting others with your teeth. Sometimes the damage is irreversible.

I paid the amount then was asked for $1200 two weeks later. Paid the $1200 then two weeks later asked for another $1500. Not being clear about a total cost up front is a great inconvenience. Im in pain cause all it's still big bone spurs like small tooth pieces poking out of my gums. I can't bite down even with just gums. Now let's speak about the orthodontist Dr White I refer to her as the Beyoncé of dentistry. She takes wonderful care of each and every person that sits in her chair. She only hires qualified friendly techs to work on you which is a plus. My favorite techs are Mel and Chantel they are gentle and understanding, they take their time during your appointments.
