This place was okay, they got the job done but I did not feel welcomed nor cared for after they woke me up from being under anesthesia. When I was at the waiting room I saw the girl before me getting treated well, I saw the front ladies walked her to their car and was so kind to them. But when I woke up from the procedure I felt tears on my face and I had black lines on the corners of my mouth which was sore. They talked to me for a bit with my husband and kind of just shoved us out the door. Seemed like the ladies in the front didn't care much for me as much after compared to their last patient.

First call I asked about a professional courtesy discount, as well as the day we scheduled. Both times I was told yes. I also paid almost $1000 that day. Apparently, there was a insurance issue (ex-husbands). We received one letter from them, which daughter called insurance about and was assured everything was fine. TWO years later 2024, we received a notice to appear in COURT!! We never received calls or statements from Dr. Rosner's office. We both had to miss work for a court case that was dismissed because insurance paid. Two weeks later we received a $40 bill for the initial consultation. When I called, MJ (Mary Jane) Dr. Rosner's billing manager was downright mean & disrespectful. I would not go to this office unless you like to be treated with disrespect, no professionalism and have no problems being sent to court for lack of communication on their end. Decent doctor--HORRIBLE staff. Their website allows you to leave a review but they only allow which ones they choose. I hope people realize that before they go there.

He has worked on my daughter's mouth as well as my mother's, and both had extremely quick recoveries and smooth experiences. His office is well-staffed and well-run from top to bottom. Very professional but still friendly. I always recommend his practice because I have had nothing but the best possible experiences.

With memories of elementary school and screaming bloody murder as four baby teeth were extracted--despite laughing gas & local, rather painfully-- I pleasantly floated in the reclined chair with the faint taste of cherry while Dr. Patel and an assistance removed 2 twelve-year molars. That is assuredly a good experience. Maybe it is also because I hated those molars and was so glad to have them gone. For years I was told (if my wisdom teeth don't bother me don't bother them). Well, because I didn't have them looked at by a Oral Surgeon I developed an infection around one wisdom tooth because food was getting trapped which affected the tooth in front causing intense pain. My visit was so easy. But what stands out the most for me was the compassion and urgent care the office provided. The front desk girl told me not to even have a seat in the waiting area. She called a nurse who immediately took me in the back for more extensive X-rays and had me sit in a consult room for a few minutes and then went to get Dr Rothman. My own dental office had me wait for an hour that morning to be seen. Not long after Dr Rothman came in with his beautiful smile. He educated me and left the decision about the others in my hands. But said let's get you out of pain. He was not pushy in any way. The office was very clean and his office staff was incredible, from the folks at the front desk, to the nurse with him during my surgery (I believe her name was V- she is fabulous). They made me feel very comfortable during the procedure. And his nurse even held my hand. After the procedure I had a little pain and some swelling, which I expected. Dr. Rothmans office called to check on me the following day. I would highly recommend this office and will be going back for my other wisdom teeth to be removed in April. Disappointing Experience - We Will Not Be Returning…read more I'm writing to let you know that I will not be returning, and neither will my daughter. For me, customer service is everything. The poor experience started on our first visit. While I was in the bathroom, my daughter was taken to the back. When I came out, I wanted to check on her, so I asked a staff member walking by (unfortunately, I didn't get her name). Her response was rude and dismissive--asking if my daughter was over 18. I told her, "I don't care if my daughter is 28 or 38, I'm still going to make sure she's okay." Her attitude was completely uncalled for. Fast forward to my own appointment and who ends up helping me? The same woman. While she was polite this time, her body language made me feel unwelcome. That sets the tone for any experience. Then, during my X-rays, I noticed she pulled gloves out of her shirt pocket. That is not sanitary. She put them on and started touching the computer. I asked her to change her gloves before handling any sterile items. She said she would, but also explained she has to keep touching the mouse between shots. Her solution? She put a glove over the mouse. Honestly, that didn't reassure me. Thankfully, the cleaning went smoothly. Dominic was great, friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease. But then I was brought to the front desk. There were five employees up there, and I stood waiting while two patients were helped. After they left, I was still standing there... being ignored. When I mentioned I had to leave to pick up my daughter, I was told someone was "working on my file." But my chart was visibly sitting there untouched. I said to call me later. When I missed the call and phoned back, I was placed on hold and no one picked up. This kind of service is unacceptable. I refuse to go to a place where the staff act like they don't want to be there, especially when they're supposed to be caring for me as a patient. Because of this, we will not be returning.

Hands down Dr. Fava and the Pennsylvania Center for Dental Implants and Periodontics have some of the best people in the Dentistry field. A little background, over the years I was hard on my front teeth and have experienced a ?few? traumatic episodes in which my real teeth and then dental bridge have been knocked out of my face. The trauma has resulted in the degradation of my remaining teeth that support my then existing dental bridge. Dr. Fava was tasked with removing the damaged teeth and replacing them with implants.
