This dentist practice is the MOST incompetent non professional dentist I have ever encountered. There are a FRAUD and have NO idea what they are doing. Yes, they can handle the regular dental issues like cleanings, xrays and cavities, and the specialist was able to totally properly handle two root canals I needed. But the rest of the work I needed for 3 caps and a new bit guard the dentist TOTALLY FUCKED UP and after spending $3,000 out of my own pocket I was left with sensitive gums and 2 of the 3 caps needing to be replaced. I love this location and just like I would give a bad review, I must give good review. The staff is always courteous and respectful of my time. They never cancel any of my appointbents and I never have to wait long. I've been coming here for as long as they have been here. The hygienist is amazing!! Front desk always polite and always courteous. I have only one complaint, they must redo the lettering on the front door. The location looks like it is shut down, and I was disappointed when I walked in today to see that the signs on the glass doors were missing or were torn or ripped. Of course, this will not stop me from visiting them, I just thought I'd let them know. So if you drive by remember that they are open, stop buying visit. read more

dr jones is a joke; he is a lier and will pull teeth he messed up then offer to do a probono treatment and when you go to get it, he says i never said that.. he has made my life hell he did a crapy job on crowns that fell out (i payed for ) and then made me get the teeth pulled ( i paid for ).. read more

Consistently cancels appointments and also changes appointment times literally the day of the appointment and then when you come in at the original appointment time, (not knowing they changed it) they say that you are in at the wrong time and then ask you to reschedule. I am completely frustrated dealing with this office. I was being seen in a different office and was never contacted when the Delran office severed ties with that office and took control of my records. I've been getting the run around trying to get them to release my records. I've had the insurance company contact them and my next step will be the board of dentistry. I was in the middle of treatment and can not and will not travel the distance to have the work done in this office. I have been having problems with this place for months!!! Since the end of last year I have been to this place at least 7 times for appointments that have could have been scheduled together! Every time I ask for that courtesy because I have to take time from work, I'm told that will be done for the next time and that doesn't happen! I just came to the office today for an appointment I scheduled three weeks ago and I was told my appointment was cancelled and a message had been left for me last week. There was no message!!! The only reason I am going back is because I have a final appointment for a crown that I was already fitted for. I would not recommend this place to anyone who doesn't like having to keep coming into a place as if dentist appointments are all done there is to do in a day. I am thoroughly disappointed and the new office manager will just apologize and over-talk you to death about her front staff and she's the one that has been scheduling my appointments! read more

I had one visit on November 8th and was supposed to hear back from Heather the next day with how much my services would cost and I have not heard from them yet!!!!!! It is November 17th and she has not reached out to me. I have tried calling several times and they never answer the phone. Great service for a first time emergency visit at this location. Considering this was an emergency visit, the staff was quick to get me in the door. They helped me with all insurance questions. The doctor fully explained my options and gave me her recommendations. (I hate when a doctor won't help you make a decision.) I don't have as much good to say about my experiences at the Clementon location - except for the admin staff. They are always great. read more

This office is fantastic! I avoided dentist offices for years because of less than good experiences, but I have to say that even though I need a fair bit of work done at this point, I don't dread coming to the dentist anymore - because of the great folks here. The entire staff is genuinely friendly, warm, courteous, professional, compassionate, and efficient. They informed me of all of my options (including how to finance some of the cost), answered all of my questions, and never pressured me regarding timeline. Awful customer service through the phone, I was a new patient trying to seek emergency care and yesterday my father had called prior to make sure they accepted my insurance atena and they told my father they did and they approved my ID # on the card now because I wasn't the one to call I decided to finally call them myself and see what they would initially say to me for emergency care, new patients, etc. and before I went to the dentist I went to today over in Burlington I called these people and whoever the woman was I spoke to talked to me in the most aggressive manner, in the beginning she had said to me they were accepting new patients and whatnot, I said alright cool, had her take my information down and when she had asked what was wrong I started explaining and she got into "well you need to take care of your teeth more" and honestly that was the most rude and disgusting comment I could've ever received from someone who is supposed to help me... after that she put me on hold to go through with my insurance, 15-20 minutes later I get disconnected and I had to call again... and the same woman responded, she still giving me the same nasty attitude and said that my numbers were incorrect and I had to go and call my insurance company blah blah blah and so after that she hung up with no apology and no respect towards me over the phone.... read more

My first visit saw the Orthodontist he got me scheduled for upper and lower partials, they cancelled at the last minute twice...then on next visit, found out Orthodontist of 15 years of working there QUIT and 2 ppl in front got fired! So i see an older Dr. Who appeared to be not pleasant to be there..well he had gloves on when he entered the room touching other items before picking up the cup that held my mold and he asked me to open my mouth! I politely asked him to change his gloves due to contaminated gloves..he went to office manager who told me she would have to reschedule me for another Dr.? (HEATHER) very unprofessional attitude and stated theres nothing corporate can do to her because she's leaving anyway! I went here based on reviews because I'm new to the area but am finding that may have been a mistake. First of all it took a month to get "new patient" appts, and then a few days before they tell me the doctor is leaving early so I need to reschedule. I brought my daughter in, they said she had a small cavity and gave me a "treatment plan" and which reflected the cost. When I brought my daughter back I paid for it upon arrival, as I was leaving the dentist chases me down and says I need to check out I can't just leave. Excuse me? Turns out that they did work that wasn't on the "treatment plan" and that I had to pay additional. I'm sorry but, shouldn't that have been approved first? You obviously knew what that were doing what wasn't on my quote because you chased me down to pay the difference. Overall it's a very sales based business read more
