This dentist practice is the MOST incompetent non professional dentist I have ever encountered. There are a FRAUD and have NO idea what they are doing. Yes, they can handle the regular dental issues like cleanings, xrays and cavities, and the specialist was able to totally properly handle two root canals I needed. But the rest of the work I needed for 3 caps and a new bit guard the dentist TOTALLY FUCKED UP and after spending $3,000 out of my own pocket I was left with sensitive gums and 2 of the 3 caps needing to be replaced. This place should be shut down NOW! read more

THE WORST!!! after constantly trying to get in for half of a year each time I have an appointment they somehow manage to call me the day of and tell me that my doctor isn't in and they have to reschedule me... DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more

I love this location and just like I would give a bad review, I must give good review. The staff is always courteous and respectful of my time. They never cancel any of my appointbents and I never have to wait long. I've been coming here for as long as they have been here. The hygienist is amazing!! Front desk always polite and always courteous. I have only one complaint, they must redo the lettering on the front door. The location looks like it is shut down, and I was disappointed when I walked in today to see that the signs on the glass doors were missing or were torn or ripped. Of course, this will not stop me from visiting them, I just thought I'd let them know. So if you drive by remember that they are open, stop buying visit. read more

Can't seem to keep a dental hygienist or a dentist working there. I've been re-scheduled three times due to them canceling on me this year. Giving up on this practice. read more

They reschedule your appointments and there is always a huge wait for every visit. The staff is not the nicest.

Everyone was very respectful and answered all my questions and concerns. Got in right away and was able to see the orthodontist in the same day as she had an opening. Will be coming back. read more

I am completely frustrated dealing with this office. I was being seen in a different office and was never contacted when the Delran office severed ties with that office and took control of my records. I've been getting the run around trying to get them to release my records. I've had the insurance company contact them and my next step will be the board of dentistry. I was in the middle of treatment and can not and will not travel the distance to have the work done in this office. I had one of the most horrifying experiences in my life dealing with one of their dentists based in the Delran office and would never want her any where near me or any one that I know again. read more

Terrible office. Consistently cancels appointments and also changes appointment times literally the day of the appointment and then when you come in at the original appointment time, (not knowing they changed it) they say that you are in at the wrong time and then ask you to reschedule. They need to be canceled. read more

It looks like the whole entire staff has been replaced!!! Not coming here any more I been coming here over 2-3 years Maybe because of COVID? read more

I have been having problems with this place for months!!! Since the end of last year I have been to this place at least 7 times for appointments that have could have been scheduled together! Every time I ask for that courtesy because I have to take time from work, I'm told that will be done for the next time and that doesn't happen! I just came to the office today for an appointment I scheduled three weeks ago and I was told my appointment was cancelled and a message had been left for me last week. There was no message!!! The only reason I am going back is because I have a final appointment for a crown that I was already fitted for. I would not recommend this place to anyone who doesn't like having to keep coming into a place as if dentist appointments are all done there is to do in a day. I am thoroughly disappointed and the new office manager will just apologize and over-talk you to death about her front staff and she's the one that has been scheduling my appointments! read more

I am very disappointed with this office. I had one visit on November 8th and was supposed to hear back from Heather the next day with how much my services would cost and I have not heard from them yet!!!!!! It is November 17th and she has not reached out to me. I have tried calling several times and they never answer the phone. I just don't what else to do other than go there after work and I shouldn't have to do all of that. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

The crew at brighter dental is pretty awesome they are all very nice and helpful people explain things so that you understand and don't feel overwhelmed with the process I would recommend anyone to Go there read more

Great service for a first time emergency visit at this location. Considering this was an emergency visit, the staff was quick to get me in the door. They helped me with all insurance questions. The doctor fully explained my options and gave me her recommendations. (I hate when a doctor won't help you make a decision.) I don't have as much good to say about my experiences at the Clementon location - except for the admin staff. They are always great. read more

This office is fantastic! I avoided dentist offices for years because of less than good experiences, but I have to say that even though I need a fair bit of work done at this point, I don't dread coming to the dentist anymore - because of the great folks here. The entire staff is genuinely friendly, warm, courteous, professional, compassionate, and efficient. They informed me of all of my options (including how to finance some of the cost), answered all of my questions, and never pressured me regarding timeline. Little by little, I am taking care of everything and these folks are making my smile healthier! read more

Normally the staff is very friendly, at least in person. Over the phone, not at all. Terrible customer service and no patience helping me find a convenient time around my schedule. She ended up hanging up on me while I was still talking. I will be shopping around for a new place. And for the record...NO, I don't need any other work done right now, nor can I afford it. Customer service and just being polite goes a long way. read more

Awful customer service through the phone, I was a new patient trying to seek emergency care and yesterday my father had called prior to make sure they accepted my insurance atena and they told my father they did and they approved my ID # on the card now because I wasn't the one to call I decided to finally call them myself and see what they would initially say to me for emergency care, new patients, etc. and before I went to the dentist I went to today over in Burlington I called these people and whoever the woman was I spoke to talked to me in the most aggressive manner, in the beginning she had said to me they were accepting new patients and whatnot, I said alright cool, had her take my information down and when she had asked what was wrong I started explaining and she got into "well you need to take care of your teeth more" and honestly that was the most rude and disgusting comment I could've ever received from someone who is supposed to help me... after that she put me on hold to go through with my insurance, 15-20 minutes later I get disconnected and I had to call again... and the same woman responded, she still giving me the same nasty attitude and said that my numbers were incorrect and I had to go and call my insurance company blah blah blah and so after that she hung up with no apology and no respect towards me over the phone.... read more

Brighter Dental Care Delran accommodated me in getting paperwork transferred over from the Flemington office and helped my get my new insurance all worked out. Everyone is professional and friendly. The office is a clean, relaxing set up, which always makes me feel more comfortable. read more

This place is HORRIBLE!!! My first visit saw the Orthodontist he got me scheduled for upper and lower partials, they cancelled at the last minute twice...then on next visit, found out Orthodontist of 15 years of working there QUIT and 2 ppl in front got fired! So i see an older Dr. Who appeared to be not pleasant to be there..well he had gloves on when he entered the room touching other items before picking up the cup that held my mold and he asked me to open my mouth! I politely asked him to change his gloves due to contaminated gloves..he went to office manager who told me she would have to reschedule me for another Dr.? (HEATHER) very unprofessional attitude and stated theres nothing corporate can do to her because she's leaving anyway! REALLY ..it is my right not only a OSHA VIOLATION to ask him to change his gloves. Corporate was notified now I have to play the wait game for my refund! read more

You will come out of here with a big bill and no treatment done. They will recommend a lot of unnecessary treatment but you will leave with the same problem and get an appointment a month away. On another note, everyone is very nice here and professional , read more

The dental hygienist attitude was so disrespectful and atrocious! After my son's treatment, her demeanor and tone were so rude that the receptionist stated she'll be sure to schedule my future appointments when that hygienist isn't working. Due to negligence and ugly treatment, we will not have future appointments with Brighter Dental. read more

I should have read the reviews before I decided to try this dentist out. I was very unhappy with the service I received by the dentist and the dental assistant. Very bad bed side manner. I'll never revisit this place. read more

The entire experience from the urgent call for an appointment to the very end of the extraction process. The ladies in the front are so warm, friendly and knowledgeable in every aspect. I went here based on reviews because I'm new to the area but am finding that may have been a mistake. First of all it took a month to get "new patient" appts, and then a few days before they tell me the doctor is leaving early so I need to reschedule. I brought my daughter in, they said she had a small cavity and gave me a "treatment plan" and which reflected the cost. When I brought my daughter back I paid for it upon arrival, as I was leaving the dentist chases me down and says I need to check out I can't just leave. Excuse me? Turns out that they did work that wasn't on the "treatment plan" and that I had to pay additional. I'm sorry but, shouldn't that have been approved first? You obviously knew what that were doing what wasn't on my quote because you chased me down to pay the difference. Overall it's a very sales based business read more

I was really happy with the treatment and attention I got at Brighter. From the reception to hygienist and dentist everyone was incredibly friendly and took their time to answer all of my questions (and calm my anxiety). I was overwhelmed with the standard of care they provide -- I wish every Doctors office operated like this! read more
