At Endodontic Partners, I saw Dr. Cline, who performed a CT scan and diagnosed a reinfection around my root canal. She recommended retreating two teeth, and I asked honest questions about why the first procedure failed, what would happen if the symptoms didn't improve, and if there was follow-up care. I also mentioned that amoxicillin didn't work and asked if another antibiotic might help. The next day, in unbearable discomfort, I called to ask if Dr. Cline would prescribe a different antibiotic. The receptionist told me she'd check with the doctor, and when she called back, I was stunned. Dr. Cline refused to treat me. She claimed I wasn't satisfied with her diagnosis and no longer felt comfortable performing the procedure. I couldn't believe it--after all I'd been through, I was being told I was "too difficult" for simply asking questions. I was in complete shock. I never questioned her expertise or treatment plan--I was just trying to understand my options and advocate for my health. To have my concerns thrown back at me as if I was the problem was beyond unprofessional and heartless. Instead of being supported, I was abandoned. After crying for over an hour, I realized Dr. Cline wasn't confident in her own ability to help me, but instead of being honest, she hid behind a fabricated excuse, blaming me for her lack of care. This was not just bad treatment; it was cruel. Endodontic Partners of Florida failed me completely. They showed no empathy, no professionalism, and absolutely no accountability. I will never recommend this practice to anyone, and I hope no one else has to endure such a cold, heartless experience.

The day before April 2024 appointments Lofton Creek Smiles called at 4:39 pm for ins #. The office closed at 5 pm. The day of the appointment Lofton Creek Smiles calls at 8:30 am, I'm driving on 95 for skin Dr appointment. In my dermatologists office I pull up the # and call them at 9 am, which is when I find out they moved my appointment to 2 pm. How could they know I could make it?? They take my cigna #. 11:37 am Lofton Creek Smiles calls to say they're not accepting cigna but I can still come for a cleaning if I come at 2pm. I arrive 1:47pm, sign in. No one sees or speaks to me until 2:08 pm. A masked cheery person takes me to a room, them says she's gonna go get the X-ray supplies she needs. I say no x-rays you don't accept my insurance. She states cheerily then I can't give you a cleaning. I left. Why get a whole set of x-rays for $1,000 when we're not staying with a dentist office that is this messed up office. Of course we're going to find a dentist who takes our insurance. Who would stay with a dentist who doesn't take my insurance nor do they care about wasting my time Scheduling appointments, providing ins #, calling, sitting in a waiting room where all staff hides? Not one person in the office tried to help me OR even tell me the cos cost!!! These people are not customer friendly at all. Lofton Creek Smiles does not care about their patients' health!!! Stay Away!! If they did they would: 1. Ask for ins info at time of Scheduling 2. Provide online portal to submit paperwork after Scheduling to obtain insurance info 3. Tell prospective patients they dropped their dental insurance (if they ever accepted it) 3. Not change patients appointment time without asking - the day of!!! 4. Not present potential costs when they deny insurance before sitting in the chair. 5. Not act like it's an everyday occurrence when patients leave without treatment Run! They charged me $1233.00 but that's not all! supposedly I had to pay in full on the first visit! before doing ANYTHING...!! They took an impression... but made a mistake on it so it couldn't be used , and then had to take ANOTHER IMPRESSION charged me for another one!! Medicare was supposed to pay $1500. But they only gave HALF ($776.00) because , Sharp Smiles WAS NOT in the network!! They should have told me when I called that they were not in my network but led me to believe I was covered. !! So $1957.00 total.. when I could have been directed to a "network Dentist" and the whole thing would have been free!! He gave me peace of mind that it wasn't anything urgent, take some tylenol for the pain and even suggested I find a dentist in my city so someone else wouldn't have to pick up where he left off once I was back home!! Over $300 AFTER insurance... I knew this wasn't right so I went to a different dentist for a second opinion and the Dr. said I have "extremely healthy" gums and recommended a REGULAR cleaning covered by insurance. So basically, Aspen Dental is lying to you and robbing you. DO NOT waste your time with them. They also make you pay $40 OUT OF POCKET for a oral cancer screening that was just shining a black light in your mouth... which they did as part of the service at my other dentist and it felt more like a screening than whatever they did at Aspen Dental... Anyways, please don't give this horrible practice your business.
