When the pain from infection brought me to my senses I knew I had to go in. Dr. Citron and staff were so kind and thoughtful it reassured me I had come to the right place. After two initial consultations to pin down the problem a date was set. Did not know what to expect. I actually must admit it was painless. Maybe not pleasant but much better than a crown. I could not imagine being pain free later that day but was. I am old enough to remember the stories of old and the pain and agony during and after a root canal. According to Dr. Citron, the techniques and procedures are so far advanced from 40 years ago that it seems like a different issue. I recommend anyone on the verge of tooth pain to visit Dr. Citron and staff!

This past week I had a dreaded root canal procedure done by Dr. Citron and his terrific assistant, Ashley. They and their team made my experience very positive! I was greeted by the very efficient and calm receptionist. Even the exam room was welcoming, with several pictures hanging on the ceiling and there was also a huge computer screen directly in front of my exam chair which had an inviting screensaver and which transitioned into a display of all my x-rays when Dr. C came in the room. And within reach was a box of tissues for my trepidacious tears of fear prior to the procedure. 70s/80s music was softly played throughout the office. I brought my own headphones and music which I happily used. After numerous X-rays (one of which was interactive on display, showing where all the problems were from various angles) and several numbing shots in my mouth which were 99% painless because Dr. C placed them perfectly (I've had a couple of instances with past dentists who gave me so much Novocain I felt like I couldn't breathe.) I prefer knowing everything that's going to be done, and Dr. C detailed the procedure and answered all my questions using that really cool interactive X-ray. He was patient with my many questions and animated in his explanations but overall. he had a nice, calm aura. Throughout the procedure he and Ashley were very attentive to my comfort, gentle in their manner, and very focused and professional, and Dr. C gave me to countdown to finish several times which I really appreciated! It was a much better experience than expected and the best I could have wished for!! Yes, I definitely very highly recommend Dr. Citron if you need a root canal!

I hadn't needed any dental work since I was a teenager, so I was very anxious when I found out I needed two crowns because my teeth were cracked. From the moment I met Dr. Jafari, I knew I was in good hands. He is incredibly patient, caring, and always puts his patients' well-being first. As he gave me the numbing shots, he spoke calmly and even used guided imagery to help me relax. He took his time, made sure I was completely numb, and constantly checked that I wasn't feeling any pain. During my second crown appointment, I unexpectedly had a panic attack. Dr. Jafari spent over 20 minutes patiently helping me calm down. He never made me feel rushed and even offered to reschedule if I wasn't comfortable continuing. It was clear that my well-being was far more important to him than staying on schedule. Once I felt better, I chose to continue with the procedure. Dr. Jafari is also genuinely friendly and personable. He remembers his patients by name and even recalls conversations from previous visits, which makes every appointment feel personal. I also love hearing Lulu's little paws pattering around the office--it gives the practice such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. If you're looking for a dentist who is skilled, compassionate, and truly cares about his patients, I highly recommend Dr. Jafari and the team at Pace Dental.

I landed on Care Dental, and made my appointment as a new patient using their easy scheduling page, and I had an appointment a day later at my time of choosing. I arrived early, parking was plentiful and easy, and I was professionally greeted by the receptionist in a very cozy waiting room, where I was given a digital pad to complete my registration. With little wait, I was guided by a very friendly, professional dental technician for X-rays and then led to a very nice dental chair with a view. She took care of all the prep and made me feel very comfortable. Without much of a wait, I was greeted by Dr. Rahat Aziz. In summary, this was the most comfortable, professional, smooth, painless, honest (she was direct about the damage my neglect had caused without being harsh about it), and kind dental experience that I have ever had. I hesitated giving this review because I fear that many others will take advantage of this glowing gem. I have found my one and only dentist for life. Thank you, Dr. Aziz and team, for taking care of me so well. You're the best, and scheduling my next and regular appointments was easy, breezy.

I asked to talk to the dr about it and was told to wait but after 20 minutes of waiting I had to leave. I came back and had it done. About a month ago the pain came back. I went to my dentist and got x-rays and they told me to go back to Dr. Fein as he should be open to redoing the work if it wasn't done correctly. I go see him today and immediately he claimed that the pain was due to the filling my dentist did being done incorrectly or a new infection. He wouldn't even think that it may have not been done fully or he may have missed something. I was told coldly that I could have it retreated, at my own cost. He would absolutely not do anything unless I paid for it. I sent an email regarding thei to he and my dentist in which Dr. Fein replied and denied he had charged me for a deep cleaning and that he never said that my filling wasn't done correctly. He made up a bunch of words and replied to the email. It was in total BS. He actually lied in this email! Read the good reviews but also read the bad ones. This guy apparently does a good job on most but anyone he doesn't do a good job on is refused any type of follow up care or refund. It's a crap shoot and too expensive of one to take. This guy took way more time in replying to my email and lying about what he said then he ever took explaining the bill or the process to me. He words his response email as though he is so professional. He's not. I guarantee he charges everyone an extra "deep cleaning fee" whether they need it or not. Go elsewhere!
