Excellent Service and Trustworthy Care!…read more I've been working with Edin at Benjamin Fry Insurance for over a year now, handling 6-month renewals, and he has been absolutely fantastic. He always secures the best possible price for me--in fact, my most recent renewal just dropped by about $300! In this current economy, that kind of savings and dedicated customer service is hard to find. Benjamin Fry is a smaller business, but that's exactly what makes them the best. They genuinely care, always remembering names and proactively addressing any issues that might come up. In today's world, having an insurance team you can truly trust means everything. They simply don't make businesses like Benjamin Fry Insurance anymore. I'm incredibly happy with their service and will definitely be sticking with them for the long run!

The mail eventually rusted through after a few years and began to spray a small stream of water behind the wall. It was behind kitchen cabinets and took a while for us to discover it. When we saw the cabinet back showing signs of damp wood we called a plumber. He came out and fixed the pipe and called another company to do the remodel and replace the wet cabinets and walk. Alstate homeowners insurance would not cover any of this. Both the plumbing company and the construction repair company were surprised that this was not a covered claim. We called the dispute resolution number with Alstate and they still denied the claim saying this was preventive??? Said it was negligence on our part. I guess we were supposed to see through the wall? Everyone we delt with at Alstate was rude and treated us as if we were not important as customers. We will never have Alstate home owners or car insurance again.
