I felt at home since the beginning, which has done a lot to reduce any anxiety I had been having over the work to be done. The office is also technologically up to date with digital xrays, as an example. The doctor seems very savvy and knowledgeable, and is willing to offer good care suggestions and answer all my questions. I made sure to follow their refund protocol exactly as stated. I decided to file a formal complaint with the BBB and requested formal documentation on the submitting of a refund to my insurance company. I have documented all contact with this office and have a paper trail. I will look into the next steps to get this resolved. I'm a middle school teacher and I will have to teach without teeth because of them!
