If you plan to come here for a consult, you will need to clear at least 2 solid hours from your day, if not more. And that 4 minutes cost me $89. I am here to prevent you from learning the same $89 lesson that I just learned. As soon as the dentist recommended full, unconscious IV sedation during minute 3 of our conversation, I knew this was not about me and my teeth but about dollar signs. I am upset with my general dentist for even referring me here!

Then they said, "No. It's not an emergency." I got my appointment scheduled and waited. When I arrived, I fully expected to have the procedure performed. Instead, I saw the doctor for less than 5 minutes where he recommended I schedule ANOTHER appointment to have the work done that my dentist's office clearly told them to do already. This is nothing short of a billing game to charge $89 for an unnecessary visit and a complete waste of time. This is a clear example of why medical costs are so high. I recommend taking your business to a provider that is interested in performing work for the fees they charge.

But the staff from the moment I walked in, to the day I got my teeth pulled, were absolutely amazing. Courteous and friendly, informative, and fairly attentive. Maria, who helped us with the cost options even stayed 30 minutes after close to help us find a reasonable payment plan. And it worked! She was EXTREMELY friendly. Today I had the teeth taken out. I recently visited this practice to get a second opinion. I have been very pleased with the small town feel of this office and the friendly staff. I felt at home since the beginning, which has done a lot to reduce any anxiety I had been having over the work to be done. The office is also technologically up to date with digital xrays, as an example. The doctor seems very savvy and knowledgeable, and is willing to offer good care suggestions and answer all my questions. If you are looking for a new dentist, call Dr. Roger Paul's office for an appointment. Also, there is good parking near the door, which I need.
