However, after the session, I was hit with a surprise bill for over $100. They billed for multiple extra codes (including an 'office visit' and 'unlisted procedures') that were never mentioned to me. When I reached out to the billing department to resolve this discrepancy, they never called me back. It feels like a 'bait and switch'--they tell you one price to get you in the door and then charge whatever they want later. I paid the balance to protect my credit, but I will not be returning. If you go here, get every single fee in writing first, because their word over the phone means nothing. Because of these deceptive billing practices and the lack of response from their office, I am filing a formal dispute through CMS under the No Surprises Act protections. I want to ensure other patients don't fall into the same financial trap.

She also noticed another potential problem in my hands and advised me to visit a doctor about it. I did, and it required another brace. She fabricated the brace for me in house until the prosthetic was perfect. The facility is clean and well lit. Her staff is polite. She's knowlegeable and is very low key and patient. I would recommend this facility for hand therapy.
