My insurance changed and I received a bill for $600 toward a deductible which should not apply! After a number of phone calls to the imaging center and my Dr it was clear the imagining center conveniently changed the procedure code so it was listed as diagnostic and not preventative so they could charge me and my insurance a ridiculous amount of money. I also called to see what the procedure would cost as self pay and it was 25% of the total I am being billed. The staff is unprofessional at the Wayne location and the billing department is clearly unethical which is billed through Imagecare at Denville. I am disputing the bill. Seriously unethical business practices.

With regard to the office staff, well, if you are remiss in keeping your appointments, then the office staff has to be diligent in their efforts to keep the business running. Patients keeping appointments = practice generating revenue. The office staff, in my opinion, are knowledgeable, kind, accommodating and have a genuine concern for their patients' well-being. In fact, when I had to reschedule my adjustment last minute because my son was ill, Karina called just to see how he was feeling--above and beyond the proverbial "call of duty." I am not sure if it is acupuncture or his excellent skills that make you feel much better and motivate but I feel great each time I leave the place and my sleeping went to normal. He is a great motivator, kind of therapist and loves his job and helping people. I will definitely be back
