David & Sons is THE BEST!!…read more My now fiancée and I stopped in one evening to look at engagement rings. Even though we did not have an appointment, Eden greeted us right away and was extremely friendly and helpful. She asked about our preferences and helped my fiancée try on several options. I set up a time to come back alone to discuss some custom details that I wanted to be a surprise. During my follow-up visit Eden and the rest of team worked with me to find the perfect stone, maximize my budget, and make the ring truly one of a kind. Their communication was great - they kept me updated throughout the design process, sent CAD drawings so that I could see what it would look like and request any changes, and they get everything done within my requested timeframe. In the end the ring was perfect and my fiancée and I could not be happier!!

We booked an appointment with Eden and she was the best when it came down to the design and suggestions of the ring. My fiancée at the time was a bit uncertain with a few things on what she wanted with the design but Eden helped guide/ease her into what she thought was best. The ring arrived early and loved it when she saw it for the first time when proposed to. The transaction, communication, and process of purchasing the ring was smooth and upfront. Can't thank Eden enough for making what can be a tough/stressful time into a memorable one!

Years later, we experienced the nightmare of having the diamond fall out and become lost. Due to some unusual circumstances, the ring wasn't insured, and we were devastated. I went back to Diamond Connection and explained what had happened. They treated me with genuine empathy and went above and beyond to help. They set us up with a new--and even better--diamond at a more-than-fair price. They certainly weren't obligated to take care of us the way they did, which made their kindness and integrity mean even more. This is a business that truly stands behind its customers and builds relationships that last well beyond the original purchase. I couldn't recommend Diamond Connection more highly.

We also visited three other jewelers to see what my options were, but none compared to The Diamond Connection. Adam was so great at helping me customize my ring. The final design that was created for us was so beautiful, but actually seeing the custom ring on my hand was breathtaking! My new ring is perfect! It's feminine, it's stunning, and fully encompasses our 25-year love story. Adam, thank you for your time, your patience and especially for your expertise.

My sister's necklace had a clasp that needed to be repaired, while I had a necklace missing a loop, and two bracelets that needed welding done. Terry helped us out, and everyone in the shop was very kind and friendly. All of the repairs only took an hour and a half, and the location is nearby Mission Valley (about 10 minutes away), so it's very convenient to go around the area while waiting. The clasp for my sister's necklace costed $45, my necklace with the missing loop was $25, and the welding for the bracelets were $15 each, so a total of $100. Not only is Kim My fast, they are very affordable and reasonable with price. The jewelry looks brand new as if nothing happened. Thank you, Kim My, for the exceptional service, and for being so kind and friendly! :-)

My wife loves her engagement ring and her wedding ring and their fine craftsmanship and beauty and how they fit nicely together. My wedding ring turned out great with its beveled sides and brushed look. I saw a birthstone toi et moi ring on Ms. Hailey Bieber and I knew that's exactly where I wanted to take inspiration from. I found the same style, but in my daughters' birthstones, on Diamondful's Etsy page. After reading through reviews, I wanted to make my purchase here. My husband had his reservations about ordering something so expensive online, so we ended up going to a local jeweler. The local jeweler said they would be able to make the same ring for a similar price, so we considered it. However, when I went home to inspect our quote, I noticed that the aquamarine would be an imitation stone. After some light research, I learned that imitation stones can be made of plastic. At that point, I honestly felt deceived, because the jeweler didn't take the time to educate my husband and I on what we would be potentially buying. If we are going to purchase a piece of jewelry that is supposed to commemorate 7+ years of marriage and our 2 kids, it shouldn't have plastic in it. I told my husband that my gut told me we should go online, so he told me to reach out to Diamondful. I messaged Armin and within the first hour, I knew I made the right choice. Armin is extremely fast and efficient in communicating. He's exceptionally knowledgeable and honest when it comes to quality, durability, aesthetics, and practicality. He's also patient and thorough when educating clients like us (very limited jewelry knowledge). We are also so appreciative of his generosity, as he passed on his savings to us for one of the stones to keep us within our budget. The passion he has for his work is really evident in the customer service that he provides. Thank you so much Armin! It was a pleasure working with you and we can't wait to do it again soon!

While I understand the other jewelers have a very different business model, the choice on who to trust with my ring with was easy to make. They were incredibly helpful and when I asked if I should go bigger on my diamond, sweet Nancy told me not to because of my hand size. The team operates with so much integrity and Nancy was absolutely right, I LOVE the size of the diamonds I chose and this ring is a dream (and was much more affordable than I anticipated). In the middle of this whole process I also got my great aunts ruby ring reset in the original setting my mom inherited. They did this in one afternoon and charged $200 less than I was quoted elsewhere. I have a hobby of buying loose diamonds at auction and plan to have them all set into jewelry here because of the fantastic service and excellent work they do. I recommend anyone who asks me about my ring to look into David Levi and Sons. I also had so much fun looking at all the other beautiful rings they have displayed and wandering around the whole building.
