Visiting williston area on business and stumbled upon this gem. Fast casual Chinese, sushi with influences in Thai, Japanese. The great: Ordering is pretty simple and straight forward with kiosks when you first walk in. The kiosks are large, very responsive and walk you along the process. Everything has a photo. I ordered orange chicken by default because there was not much help in explaining what I was ordering, (more on that later). The staff was very genuine and even offered me samples. I highly recommend the bourbon chicken and would of ordered that if I had tastes it before placing my order. Everything I ordered was really good. The fried rice actually has flavor. The portions are decent. I would definitely say its many steps ahead of your average Chinese place or national chains like Panda Express. The service was excellent. Got my food in about 10 minutes on a Friday evening around 5pm. As word gets out I expect this place to get busier. The opportunities: Most of the sauces I could tell are stock and not made in house. American Chinese places love their sweet sugary sauces. I wish this wasnt the norm. The one thing I would change about the kiosk is there are no customization options. You cant take away items or add extra of anything. Also a big help would be descriptions of each item. Some things are straight forward but I typically love to try new food so on quite a few items I had to google the menu name on my phone just to learn exactly what it is. Updating the kiosks with descriptions would help immensely. Lastly, the ordering area layout is a tad odd. The kiosk are basically behind you when you enter and seating is in the middle of the floor for take out guests. The dining area is sectioned off through another walkway. Its nothing too inconvenient but I noticed everyone after me, completely missed the kiosks and walked straight up to the prep area. (I imagine that will get annoying for the staff). Overall Im satisfied with the place. I did take out so I cant speak of the dining area. I visit williston a couple times a month and will definitely make this may go to spot. Now that I have the full menu, ill do my own research. I would also recommend to the establishment have printed menus available so people dont feel rushed on the kiosk. The food doesn't hand the good flavor it used too. It's become bland everytime, the last 3 times I've had it. I also asked for extra sauce and got virtually no sauce, and what was there was claggy. Quality had really gone down, so my tips are bare minimum and I stopped going as often. Used to eat from here 2 or 3 times a week. Now maybe once every couple months. read more

Meh... it's okay. Not bad but not great. It will get you by when you have that Chinese food craving. Service has always been great so that a win. The atmosphere is lacking so don't expect what you may be used to. read more

Food was great everything had amazing flavor and the sushi was better then most places in my opinion giving this place a 4/5 stars cause a little slow on getting my order but would highly recommen this place if u just want decent food 10/10 better then all fast food in this town and better then DOC HOLIDAYS ROAD HOUSE yes you heard me right read more

I would just like to say DO NOT GO HERE I went and put in a pickup order (looked tampered with) me and my child now have food poisoning so bad we had to go to the er (we are still currently vomiting) I got the orange chicken and honey chicken and lo main. not to mention the inside of the restaurant smelt so bad. read more

The amount of food you get for your money is unheard of in this day and age. We ordered the bourbon, chicken and pepper, chicken combo. One order can easily feed two people. The drive-through is fast and convenient. We eat here every time we come through. read more

The customer service is subpar. The food tastes old and oily. The drive thru takes 30 minutes even if you're the only vehicle there. The prices have skyrocketed but the food quality is still unsatisfactory. I would give zero stars if that were an option. 0/10 would not recommend. read more

Unique for a Chinese place. It's not a buffet. Everything you order is made fresh and was delicious. The prices were reasonable too. Had a spicy beef with onions and sweet and sour chicken. Of course it came with rice and an egg roll as well as sauces. One complaint and it's dumb, but their TV has all news channels blocked. I will go again. read more

Really enjoy rice bomb! Great Take Out Chinese. If you are looking for fine dining, this isn't it. But that's not Williston either. The food is good and much better take out Chinese food then a lot of places even outside of Williston. Prices are great as well! read more

The food is usually good but when you deliver and you don't tip or are rude they will put you on a list where they can't deliver anymore.

Not bad but could use more flavor/seasoning. Definitely wish they had put some extra soy and a siracha in the to go order. Spicy items were about a 1/10 on heat. read more

Good prices, I had the Mongolian beef and orange chicken. The Mongolian beef is a little spicy but it's delicious. On top of what you get they also give you a soup and a spring roll or a fried cream cheese bite. All very good and not bad at all for the price! read more
