Visiting williston area on business and stumbled upon this gem…read more Fast casual Chinese, sushi with influences in Thai, Japanese. The great: Ordering is pretty simple and straight forward with kiosks when you first walk in. The kiosks are large, very responsive and walk you along the process. Everything has a photo. I ordered orange chicken by default because there was not much help in explaining what I was ordering, (more on that later). The staff was very genuine and even offered me samples. I highly recommend the bourbon chicken and would of ordered that if I had tastes it before placing my order. Everything I ordered was really good. The fried rice actually has flavor. The portions are decent. I would definitely say its many steps ahead of your average Chinese place or national chains like Panda Express. The service was excellent. Got my food in about 10 minutes on a Friday evening around 5pm. As word gets out I expect this place to get busier. The opportunities: Most of the sauces I could tell are stock and not made in house. American Chinese places love their sweet sugary sauces. I wish this wasnt the norm. The one thing I would change about the kiosk is there are no customization options. You cant take away items or add extra of anything. Also a big help would be descriptions of each item. Some things are straight forward but I typically love to try new food so on quite a few items I had to google the menu name on my phone just to learn exactly what it is. Updating the kiosks with descriptions would help immensely. Lastly, the ordering area layout is a tad odd. The kiosk are basically behind you when you enter and seating is in the middle of the floor for take out guests. The dining area is sectioned off through another walkway. Its nothing too inconvenient but I noticed everyone after me, completely missed the kiosks and walked straight up to the prep area. (I imagine that will get annoying for the staff). Overall Im satisfied with the place. I did take out so I cant speak of the dining area. I visit williston a couple times a month and will definitely make this may go to spot. Now that I have the full menu, ill do my own research. I would also recommend to the establishment have printed menus available so people dont feel rushed on the kiosk. This will allow people to have a game plan before they get to the kiosk.

The food doesn't hand the good flavor it used too. It's become bland everytime, the last 3 times…read moreI've had it. I also asked for extra sauce and got virtually no sauce, and what was there was claggy. Quality had really gone down, so my tips are bare minimum and I stopped going as often. Used to eat from here 2 or 3 times a week. Now maybe once every couple months.

THEY AUTOMATICALLY ADD 15% TIP TO YOUR TAB IF YOU HAVE A PARTY OF 6 OR MORE…read more 11/6/25. Food was alright compared to real Asian restaurants. Service was terrible. I had to send my water glass back because the outside was smudged with stuck food. I checked my girlfriend's glass and it was smudged too and said she didn't do that. She said damn so my glass is contaminated and she didn't drink from it from them on. As we got our tabs, someone from the group noticed the gratuity charge so I asked about it. I spoke to the manager stating that we hadn't paid yet and didn't add that. He said it's automatic. I told him we only chose 5 items on the menu, gratuity wasn't on the menu, we didn't choose that. He said for a party of 6 or more it's automatic because some parties leave without tipping the server. I said we had separate tabs, 3 different total, our tab was three people. And he said it doesn't matter you were at the same table. I said we don't want to tip, we weren't going to tip anyway. My water glass was dirty and I had to send it back and the server will tell you that. Someone from our table wanted to order a soup and I gave them mine because the server never showed back up. Our food came out when a few people were halfway done and the restaurant was DEAD. He says but servers only make $10 an hour and it's not fair. I agree it's low but the tip is my choice take it off... he kept saying "but how much are you going to tip the server". I told him I've never seen that charge in any restaurant. He says "every restaurant does it, even Longhorns (as if it makes it any better)" and "we been doing this a long time". He wouldn't agree to take it off and time was dragging on so we left. Ending thoughts: it's like adding a portion of the electricity bill and saying "but we have to keep the restaurant running". Their wage has nothing to do with our tip. You shouldn't push a tip on us without our consent. No hospitality. They had a salad bar and someone mentioned it was all you can eat. That's something he could've said "btw we have a salad bar please help yourselves". He didn't even ask how our food was! He took the order, dropped food off then dropped off tab. Gratuity is for the service the server gives. It's voluntary. It's not a decision for the restaurant to make for you. They should pay them more if that's the case and TRAIN THEM BETTER. I even stacked our plates neatly when we were done as I was a server before. They assume every big party is messy and will tax you for it with 15% tip. Also, nice fake 5 star reviews
