    Rib Mac a Saurus
    Jamie T.

Stumbled upon this gem when I was in the area for a conference training. I ordered the Rib Mac a Saurus which contained 3 Mac and cheese waffles, pulled pork, rib tips along with a rib on top! I personally love Mac and cheese and having it in a waffle form was the first time and it was an interesting twist to the original Mac and cheese. The ribs easily fell off the bone and with the entire combination of the dish, it was good! It was all types of comfort food. This one heavy dish for $12, all worth it!

Best rib in a cup, hands down! Great deal as well, one item for $4 or 3 for $10?! Compared to some of the other options there this is extremely affordable and very very delicious. Try the mac n cheese waffle with rib tips, and add some extra bbq sauce! Shout out to the crew, nice ppl workin the stand!

Stopped in yesterday on my lunch break. Fast service and delicious food. A lot of food for the price. 10/10 would go back

The pulled pork was saltier than I like it (I prefer bland food), it's blended really well with the mac & cheese waffle.

Literally THE BEST FOOD TRUCK EVER! I order from here each week and have never had anything short…read moreof AMAZING! First off, the quesadillas are simply the best I've ever had. I'm talking... let's compare these to my favorite local mexican restaurants and still... Rosie's is WAY better and fresher! It's no surprise really, as all ingredients are locally sourced! The steak quesadilla is SO tender and juicy, the sauteed onions make it a match made in heaven. The breakfast quesadilla with bacon is too good to be true- I order it for brunch and it keeps me full all day! (Don't forget to order a side of home fries with Rosie sauce! YUM!) Have you ever eaten ribs that literally fall off the bone and make you dream of them for months after? Well, try Rosie's ribs for the best dreams for weeks that follow! They literally melt in your mouth. Pure perfection! Actually don't... there won't be any left for me! Try Rosie's! You'll be SO glad you did!!!

Amongst the old factories of East Williamsburg sits Rosie's. And Rosie's has been sitting in its…read moresame spot since 1988. This food truck serves a wide arrange of American themed flare. Which I have no doubt keeps the local workers happy. There was a small line at 3pm and the only people I saw were all eating on the street on in near by parked cars. Every 'factory' worker I passed seemed to have a smile on their face and a sandwich in hand. Having just come from a tapping of Food Networks 24 Hour Restaurant Battle in which I might have had the worst meal of my life seeing Rosie's truck in the distance was almost a gift from God. However, my stomach didn't know what it wanted as we glared at the large menu. I asked about the pancakes but was told they are pretty much gone by 9am every day, the guy ahead of us in line called them "so amazingly good!" We settled on splitting a chicken sandwich. The roll it came on was soft and chewy - better then I would have expected for a food truck sandwich roll. The chicken cutlet was peppery and cooked to perfection. All in all a great sandwich! I'd like to think I'll trek my way back here some time to try a few other items on the menu and have a little chat with Rosie who seems like a great lady. But time will tell. And in a city where all our 'institutions' keep disappearing for condos and Duane Reade's it's nice to know it's going to take a long time for that to happen to Rosie's. Set right in the cool part of Bushwick, the bar is great to sit at and they have stickers everywhere - totally compliments the "street hot dog" vibe. Myself and my friend ended up both getting the Santa Salsa hot dog - big recommended, but I really could've had just about anything on the menu, and need to come back for the burgers and sandwiches, as well as the insane amount of great dogs on the menu. The Santa Salsa dog really was delicious. Piled almost too high but every bite was tasty and it wasnt a mess! I love that green sauce so much and will ask for sides of it next time as the yuca fries went great with the sauce as well. The yuca fries were perfectly fried and seasoned. I didnt snap a shot of the loca fries, but love a good shoe string that was crispy and seasoned well. Plus its hard to mess up cheese sauce and bacon. Great spot, nice bartenders, and the FREAKING HOT DOGS. I'll be back.
