My experience is based on being a guest at the Rhythm Condos and not as a resident.
So.
If you're seeking input on noise levels between the walls, condo fees, or anything pertaining to the potential trials and tribulations of home-ownership here, you're not going to find much helpful content from me.
However, I can attest to some of the amenities in this Music Row skyrise that could entice you to purchase here or at least befriend someone who does!
First of all the pool area offer up a lovely view of the downtown skylne and is quite spacious with grilling areas, restrooms, and seating areas. It's not overtly luxurious but certainly well-maintained and spacious enough to host a little fete.
The next feature that I appreciate is the gym on the ground floor. Mind you, it's not overly large but I previously took some personal training sessions and meet the trainer and never had an issue with accessing any workout equipment because this cozy little workout area was always empty when I came for my morning workout.
The security crew is always on premise on this property and friendly and eager to accommodate. I also see tremendous value with the covered parking garage for residence as this area is quite busy and near nightlife. Complimentary onvenient guest parking is located right next to the building as well but even if those spaces are taken (which they have never been when I have parked), you can park across the street adjacent to some of the local businesses in the strip.
Some of these businesses include: Mirko Pasta, Sushi Yobi, Red Rooster, Flavour, and Dan McGuiness.
The location of this building is moments away from the freeway, Midtown, Downtown, Gulch, Edgehill, and more. read more
