It seemed like they had a lot of cool stuff going on. This time, as I entered, I saw they had an event for permanent jewelry, and I'm still upset I didn't get one! But the place was nice, bright, and clean. They also offered complimentary drinks like dirty sodas, which I gladly accepted! I also learned they had a bunch of other services besides just hair care! Also, the pricing was honestly the best I've seen in the area for good-quality service and a colorist who knew what they were doing! However, she will not force you to do something you don't want too or not needed at this time. Also, she was very kind and friendly, so you won't feel like you're out of place. My eyebrow was quite a mess and have not been touched for many weeks (you can't really tell in the picture, but it's all over the creation). She did really great cleaning and fixing my eyebrow. Being 38th week pregnant her place was quite accommodating and she has a very comfy bed for facials and other services. Also, she has a comfortable chair that I didn't mind sitting down for a very long time. The location is quite confusing if you're new to the place it will make you stop in the middle of the road, but that's because I used waze . The location is right behind the Surprise medical therapy/clinic. So you will have to go around. It's free parking so that's always a good thing. Pammi is easy to communicate with via text messaging or by calling. She will work her schedule that works well with you. I originally found her via Groupon and even without the Groupon her price is much better compare to other locations. Her regular price for an eyebrow wax or thread is $10 and not to mention another $10 if you want the tint that will last at least two weeks. I recommend Pammi and can't wait to try her facial treatment after I give birth. She have worked in this business for many years and is now starting her own in this location.

When I got to the salon the person at the front desk looked annoyed and irritated as she had to show me where to go. When I got to Pam's area she already had another customer and was in the middle of the service but kept her appointment with me. She was quick, but her work was mediocre and I felt as if she was trying to rush me out. There were stray hairs that I found when I got home and plucked them myself. I think she applied some type of gel with a brush to help enhance my eyebrows, but that brush hurt...usually I get a lotion or something else to help soothe the eyebrow after getting threaded. There were issues with her and venue that I did apologize for as there was miscommunication and she was very kind to me. Day of wedding she told me after she arrived with her hired assistant that she would be leaving for one hour to "handle something" then be back to finish my hair and other 2 bridesmaids hair. Ravy her employee she hired for the day was amazing she went above and beyond for me. She stayed longer to make sure I was taken care of and even helped me get into my dress and help me to aisle with my train . After almost 2 hours have gone by of Ari leaving I started calling her. No answer. She was called 4-5 times with no answer! My hair wasn't fully finished she just "set it" and 2 of my girls had to scramble to get their hair done before the ceremony because we had no clue if or when she would come back. I didn't see her until way after my ceremony (4 1/2 hrs later) when I was taking family photos and she grabbed a drink from bar and was just watching me which she claimed in text was her "showing love and support for Me" keep in mind she was only at our venue from 10-12 so 2 hours. Come to find out she left to go take care of another brides hair and makeup!!!!! I was left in dark with unfinished services while she took care of another wedding My bridesmaids went up to her and asked what happened. She went in circles and it was actually ravy who told them she would refund them because she felt so bad. Fast forward to 2 days post wedding (wedding was Saturday now it's monday) I texted her with my bridesmaids who didn't get service for update on refund. No response. My bridesmaid texted next day. No response. I texted Ari separately after she ignored my calls and she stated that I was a liar and disrespectful and threatening her. I was in shock as she was the one who breached contract and was in the wrong. We have been battling for almost a week to get ahold of her and every time she responds she says I am a liar and disrespectful which is insane behavior from someone who is a business owner and is in the wrong !! I said I didn't feel I should need to pay for something I was unsatisfied with. I then contacted the owner to express my experience with her company, who called me and said things like "you have hardly any eyebrows to begin with, so what she did looked good" "I thought you had great coverage" "the eyelashes look fine" not once ever mentioning what an awful experience I had with the girl and not to mention the fact that she THEN said it was all my fault cause I moved. Oh sorry that it took you over two months to send me a contract from when I paid my deposit for your services, in which time I moved. I paid 200.00 for the worst experience of my life. When I told her I wanted a refund her response was "for services we provided?" I said, the preview is 150, I paid your company 312.00 her response "well 150 for the preview, 50 for the travel and I guess 100 was a deposit" I asked her to send me something in writing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PERSON EVER. After I left this same review on several of her social media posts, she blocked me...only before she responded immaturely and told me I would NOT be receiving a refund. Don't be salty girl.
