She first offered me 11am, then changed it to 5pm -- I agreed to both just to be flexible. She confirmed the 5pm slot twice, including a message the day before. A day before, she messaged asking if I could come earlier due to another client rescheduling. I didn't see the message until about an hour before my appt., and I let her know I'd still be arriving at our agreed time. When I showed up, the salon was closed -- shades down, no answer on IG or by phone. About 30 minutes after the appointment time, she messaged saying she assumed I wasn't coming since I didn't reply earlier. But that's not how confirmed appointments work -- a request to change the time doesn't cancel the original slot unless it's confirmed by both sides. She later said she had an emergency and had to leave early -- and I completely understand that things happen. I also recognize that she's likely running a small business on her own and juggling a lot. But even so, clients' time should still be respected. A quick message or call to cancel before the appointment would've made all the difference. I was really looking forward to working with Coco. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and professionalism made this a disappointing experience.

He was sincerely concerned about how I had been previously treated & wanted me to give the salon another chance by offering me a complimentary cut & style. Jesse gave me a wonderful cut & style, was prompt and a joy to talk to. I immediately made a follow up appointment for an express balayage & trim for 6 weeks later! I must admit I was a little nervous after my previous experience there for color with the other stylist but Jesse listened to exactly what I wanted & gave me beautiful highlights and style! Plus I was out of there in less than 2.5 hrs!!! I have now made my next appointment for 8 weeks out for another trim & gloss!
