My review is only for the dog wash portion. There were plenty of stations, the place was well maintained, clean and cool. They have disposable aprons to help keep you dry. It's $10 for 12mins. Don't waste time getting your dog wet first, just go for the suds! We used the flea treatment and conditioner. I couldn't figure out how to add time on my card, so ended up using a second dryer for my husky mix. My only issue was there were no towels. So I had to do a LOT of drying. I don't know if that was intentional or not since there was an empty laundry basket. All said we were very happy to find this place and would happily use it again!

We ended up putting a little over $13 in that thing and my car is still dirty! It looks like someone dribbled water on it in a couple of spots. You can run your finger on it any part and rub dirt off and leave a streak.

Earlier this week the automatic stopped working & locked after getting bug buster soap on about half my hood. Tried going through other automatic bay but it would not work due to the system showing I had just gone thru it. I had ro spend money at the DIY bays. Tonight I went to automatic bay and the will not recognize I am even there. I will give it 1 more try tomorrow and if it dont work my membership will be over. They need ro do better upkeep or get new equipment. I am not going to sugggest this carwash at this time. SPLASH, please do better!!

Our carwash in Highlands Ranch, Colorado is undergoing a remodel with new equipment. We were told…read morethat one tunnel would always be open, but that isn't the case. Both tunnels are closed. The manager has no sign reflecting what is going on so most customers don't know and just drive into the carwash where someone tells them the car wash is closed. Other customers are upset with it being closed, bit the lack of a simple sign that says something like most other establishments would have like, " Please excuse our mess, we are remodeling to serve you better. Our vacuumscare still open for your use" Manager certainly needs better customer service skills like his former assistant Laura has!!! Turnover here is ridiculous, is that the reason why???
