So now back again, the 3rd time, now the guy refuses to help me. Refuses to give me back my money without a OG box. Told me it could take up to 6 months to get the unit I want on my bike. They gave me an estimate for the service and it was tremendously reasonable when I considered what the dealership was going to charge me!!! IN fact, the dealership quoted a price, I made an appointment and four months later (I had a health situation), they had never contacted me back. So, to say I'm happy is an understatement! I feel so happy that I can now feel so much safer and also saved a bunch of money!

https://acima.us/aWYkSOpNJ-Lsee1S…read more I was a little weary about coming here cause I been here maybe 3-4 times. 1st attempt was to get a quote 2nd attempt to get things fixed (PARTS WASNT IN) after 3rd attempt got things fixed officially after all the parts have arrived. Over all this took a month, cause for the quote it took the young man a week to reach out to me, but I called back a week later to ask for the quote prices and he still didn't have the prices, so that got me skeptical. Confirmed everything over the phone and get here and nothing has arrived. Our neighbor came here and he was upset cause he too had an appointment and his tires wasn't here after even after making an appointment and making adjustments to go to a funeral. He was very upset. So I finally got the phone call that parts has arrived and got everything installed and it's nice & beautiful...only a couple of things to improve is greeting the customers, communication while standing and post signs that there's a waiting room. I didn't k on there was a waiting room at the end of short hallway. I figured there wasn't one cause everyone was waiting on the sales floor around the wheels. And they also have financing options with Snap or Acima "but not progressive leasing at the moment." Thanks for all you did, I will be back, thanks
