I always seem to have the most trouble on big decisions like this because you never know what you're gonna end up with. However, my mom constantly talked about how awesome they were and how much they had helped her. I had been worried that my car needed an alignment and they were able to get my car tested. Turned out that it was just my tires knocking the balance off. They didn't charge me for the test, which they had the right to do (even if it could be considered a jerk move), and they had the new tires on in no time at all and my car runs fantastically. Turned out that the tires I did have on my car were slightly small (not the recommended tires but okay to have on) and threw off the speed gage by a few and the new tires solved that (crazy how that works haha). The next time I went to them, it was to get my oil changed and tires rotated. My dad usually does my oil changes but we don't really top of the other fluids. Which is why I decided to go ahead and kill two birds with one stone. They took care of it pretty quickly, both oil and rotation, and I was out within 20 minutes and my car was happier for it. They really are wonderful folks with a clean environment and a happy disposition. I highly recommend them.

Victoria S response to my complaint was to get in touch with the shop manager. That was exactly what I did. When I stopped by the location he was on lunch. So the employees said I could wait for his return on the side parking of the building. After a while I had to use the restroom. As I was getting out of my truck I had my infant with me. The manager comes charging up to me and shoves a piece of paper in my hand and yells for me to get off the property. I try to ask what he just shoved into my hand. He says it's my claim number now and yelled again for me to get of the property. My car was damaged by this location. I had nicely asked to speak with him after a week of being denied even filing a claim. I even told the employees I was not there to harass anyone I just need answers or help getting the claim stated on my car that broke down 30 miles after leaving their shop. Yelling at me like a dog with my infant present was not okay. We were just trying to use the restroom while we waited. I had to drive an hour just to speak with him. I understand that claims are a hot button issue but I was the injured party nicely seeking help. He was the same manager that filled out my claim on my first visit and texted that it was approved. Corperate later told me that a claim was never even started. My car broke down 30 miles after leaving your location. After being lied to about my claim being filed and approved. A week of hell trying to get anybody on the phone. The GM denying my claim and then going on vacation. I did not deserve being yelled at like a dog with an infant present.
