I have used them a few times and I will only be using them moving forward. Great customer service, clear communication and the prices are very good 10 out of 10. read more

They always provide excellent service at Integrity Tire and Auto. Very honest and reliable. They have the best pricing on tires and are so accommodating to help you find the best ones to fit your needs. We buy all of our tires there. It's also our first stop for any automotive issues. They are very good at diagnosing the problem and can usually fix it promptly. If they cannot they will tell you your best option for who can. read more

These people are awesome!!! They keep communication and don't fix anything unless you give them the go ahead. I was thankful for all the calls and updates and explaining everything and asking if I wanted them to fix it instead of going ahead. They let me know the cost before doing anything! They are highly skilled and very thankful for their attentivenes!! read more

When I needed new tires, my mom recommend me this place and even went as far as setting up an appointment. I always seem to have the most trouble on big decisions like this because you never know what you're gonna end up with. However, my mom constantly talked about how awesome they were and how much they had helped her. I had been worried that my car needed an alignment and they were able to get my car tested. Turned out that it was just my tires knocking the balance off. They didn't charge me for the test, which they had the right to do (even if it could be considered a jerk move), and they had the new tires on in no time at all and my car runs fantastically. Turned out that the tires I did have on my car were slightly small (not the recommended tires but okay to have on) and threw off the speed gage by a few and the new tires solved that (crazy how that works haha). The next time I went to them, it was to get my oil changed and tires rotated. My dad usually does my oil changes but we don't really top of the other fluids. Which is why I decided to go ahead and kill two birds with one stone. They took care of it pretty quickly, both oil and rotation, and I was out within 20 minutes and my car was happier for it. They really are wonderful folks with a clean environment and a happy disposition. I highly recommend them. read more

The owners are the sweetest people ever and I always have the greatest experience, when I have a scheduled oil change. Keyword scheduled. Twice now I've called to see if they can get me in for a patch because my tire had a nail and was losing air immediately after airing it up. Both times that I've called, I've gotten someone other than the owners. First time it was going to be a 4 hour wait for an appointment. I have 2 young kids, and we live two towns over and come to Searcy on certain days. Today, Jose answered and said he could get me in at 2. 3 hour wait. He proceeded to go on about being short staffed and that he couldn't call so and so in. I went to Southern tire, went in and gave them my name, gave them my key and they immediately went and pulled my van in to patch the tire. Had me out within 20 minutes. As a single mother, with two young children, and needed a patching ASAP, this isn't the place to go to, which is a shame because I always have the best of service, especially when dealing with the owners. I understand being short handed during this pandemic. But to need an immediate patch, after airing up from 26psi to 34 and immediately back down to 28 from leaving the gas station to going straight to the other tire place... it's pretty disappointing that they can't even try to help. read more

I am extremely happy with Integrity Tire and Auto. They were very busy on a Friday, but they still managed to give my car more attention / work than we had previously agreed on. After they looked over my car for the issue that brought me there, I asked for a general overall 'check' because I was about to drive back to Austin, TX. The checkup showed that I needed new rear brakes. After the owner gave me a quote, I checked on google for the price for rear brakes for my kia optima, and it definitely looked to me like they were asking for what amounted to parts only. I got two different 'diagnostics' with them, and for the second diagnostic check, they put the cost of that (only 35) towards the cost of the new rear brakes. really nice. Also, since I was waiting a number of hours on a very busy Friday and getting extra work, I had the chance to see a whole lot of apparently very happy repeating customers come through. On top of my general feeling about the place, when I got into my car after it was fixed up, there was a long stemmed (real) red rose, with a nice note about how they appreciate my service. So nice! I have had great mechanics.... where I lived before in Milwaukee, but a really beautiful rose in the passenger seat, when I pick up the car...? I can't hardly believe how nice that is. When I paid, I said to the owner, " I notice you have a whole lot of really pleased repeat customers coming through...." He very modestly said "well, we try." It is hard to find a place for work like this that you can trust, and I didn't have a place to go to, when I ended up here. I am so glad I did end up here, and these are super nice, honest people. Thank you so much, Integrity Tire and Auto! read more

Very honest and very fair. They will try to save you money if they can. I will be going to them anytime I have car issues.

I highly recommend this shop! This is the cleanest tire shop I have been to in Arkansas. It reminds of better tire shops that other states have but Arkansas is missing. The lady at the desk is the nicest. It is a sweet family owned business. They are very honest and upfront which is nice. Saved my wife and me money on several occasions. Like any other place in the south, service can be a little slow. I make appointments every time I go, but it still takes 15-20 mins to get my car in for oil changes. But, it's worth it for the quality work they do! read more

I came here for a tire light that was on, on my dad's 08 Nissan truck. I had it diagnosed by Nissan but charged an arm and leg to replace. I called up Integrity Tire and they said they replace and program TPMS sensors for my truck. Came in and they took a look at it and actually found that all my sensors were working. All they had to do was recalibrate it and I was good to go, free of charge! Even if I did have to buy a sensor, it was much cheaper than the dealership. I love this place for their honesty, helpfulness and this is actually one of the cleanest/nicest tire shop I've been to. This will be my one and only go to tire/auto service shop here in AR! read more

Despite the name, this auto shop has no integrity. They put motor oil in my brake fluid during an oil change which caused my brakes to go out on a 5 hour drive home (which was super scary, let me tell you). I tried many times to get them to fix my car or even refund me for the service, they botched up, but they refused. This mistake on their part ended up costing me $5000 in damages. Being a 20 year old nursing student, there's not much I could do so I share my story here in hopes of protecting others from this business. I have heard of this happening to others where they mess up a car and refuse to fix or make it right with the customer. They claim to be a Christian business yet, simply have no integrity, honesty, or ethics. read more

I took my car in to get my a.c. fix and they found out the whole a.c. was out and had to replace the entire thing. (It took longer than I would have liked) but Danny did a great job and worked hard getting it fixed. The a.c. runs great now. They even found some other issues wrong they told us we needed to have checked. They did not have to do that but they did which was very nice. read more
