Well the generator failed before it was even needed. Thank goodness it was not needed during the huge snow season we had in New England as I have 2 small children to protect. They came down and replaced a dead battery with another dead battery then a true electrician came over to find that Sheridan's installation was completely wrong. Not only was the generator not even close to being a safe distance from the home with a bent gas hose which can cause huge gas leaks and a potentially life threatening situation, but the wiring looked like something a mentally challenged person may have attempted. Theough all of this, Sheridan has dodged us, not called us back, and been completely unappologetic about the whole whole process of correcting their mistakes. It seems like they have taken advantage of the fact that certain replacement parts have taken a while to come in. They don't even demonstrate to show good intention on making good on what they have done to prepare for a competent company to come work on the generator.
