Almost every time I have had a driver named Jill. She's super nice and made sure the bathroom was clean and trash was emptied before people boarded the bus. Great communication too, last time it was during a snow storm, she was very informative. So far every time, everything has been great. Also, I had to make a change to a reservation and within 5 mins of sending the email I received a call, unfortunately I was unable to answer it. Then a bit later received another and was told that my reservation issue was all set. Thank you to the 2 women that called and thank you Go buses! Greatly appreciated! First, the desk attendant might as well not exist because if you ask him/her a question, they don't bother to help you. For example, I asked them if my bus was running late and the only response I received was an immediate and default "yes". C'mon, really? There's a computer in front of you and you can't even bother to check? After believing that the bus is on time, I wait outside in the near zero degree weather and, after FORTY-FIVE minutes past the scheduled arrival, it arrives. On time...right. My next complaint is probably for Greyhound as an entity. The drivers I worked with this past month were all incompetent, apathetic, and power-tripping. People were smoking cigarettes on the bus and the driver did nothing. People drank to a stupor in the back and filled the restroom with putrid vomit and the driver did nothing. Oh, and if the driver is running late, can you have them not take it out on the customers? Just because you're behind schedule doesn't mean you get to freak out on your customers.

The inconsistency of the buses is a problem. Sometimes they do not arrive on time and passengers have to wait out in the cold or weather for 20-30-20 minutes before the bus arrives. Other times, the WiFi does not work, that is a problem if you plan on using it for 3-4 hours and it does not work. Most of the drivers are polite and helpful. Still, a low cost option out of Providence...not top in terms of customer service though.

Yet the attendant back at the depot was courteous and gently retrieved bags for passengers. I'll Uber to Logan Airport and pay extra for common courtesy before I ride Peter Pan again. I pulled over with my hazards and waved the bus to pass, meanwhile the driver pulls up next to me and yells at me saying the speed limit is 25mph and called me a "dumb fuckin bitch". I am shocked about the dangerous driving of a bus tailgating a car and the outrageous behavior by one of their employees. Not even sure if there were people inside the bus at that point!
