This is how it works: The owner, Sean, is only available by appointment. After your first meeting he creates a sketch of what the ring looks like and discusses it with you. Then he creates a plastic model of the ring and again, discusses it with you. And if you are really happy with it, he actually creates the ring. He has many years of experience and knows what works and goes well together. He is just really good at what he is doing and he is a really nice guy as well!
