Went back up to the store to get the cheese, no big deal. Came back home and the pretzel bites were raw. My pregnant wife was eating raw dough. So I go BACK UP TO THE STORE. Get a refund. And get a fresh batch. I tear into one of these new batch ones and it's ALSO raw. What is going on at this store. Will not be going back to any establishment

What a rough start…read more.. Sat in line for wayyyy too long to start off. When we got up to the window, I quickly figured out why. There were only two young people behind the counter, and only one appeared to be working. She had to ask for our order twice, even though we gave it at the speaker, before finally starting it. She was so confused she forgot to even take our money until I reminded her. She was clearly stressed and overwhelmed, so I felt bad for her, but she also had an equally immature attitude, so an interesting mix to say the least. Once we did get our snacks, they were half filled and were ALL burnt. I won't be coming back anytime soon which is too bad as it's closer than the mall for a quick pretzel fix. This place JUST opened, which indicates to me that the franchisee is either green, or doesn't care. This was a Saturday night at 7pm, it shouldn't have been ran by teenagers who didn't know what they were doing, and the burnt food indicates it hadn't been checked on in a while. You would think that the franchisee would still be involved a week after opening before turning it over to someone else... Not a good sign for a new business. Let's hope they can turn it around before it goes the way of all the other businesses that used to occupy this location.

Forgive me for not reviewing the steak, but I don't eat steak. Sat at the bar Service was great. I was truly impressed with Kennedy. Idk if she's new or been doing this for all of her 20 years. Also impressed the management came back behind the bar to do their job. Which is support their people. Solid experience. We'll be back. We were able to get a table very quickly as there is a lot of room at this restaurant. They also have many different options so it doesn't really matter what you're hungry for, you will be able to find something. It's always a nice and fun atmosphere at BJ's. You can hear a lot of people laughing and just having a good time. We both had a great lunch and we're definitely satisfied, but we did not have room for dessert lol .

If you're not taking advantage of birthday perks... what are we even doing?…read more Bricktown Brewery continues to prove why it's one of our go-to spots, and this visit was no exception. Being part of their Fan Club definitely has its perks--a free birthday entrée is a pretty solid way to celebrate. My wife made the perfect call with the Chicken Fried Chicken, paired with fried okra and their Freedom Fries. Crispy, hearty, and exactly what you want from a comfort meal. Bonus points for serving Pepsi--her favorite--which always scores big in her book. We kicked things off with their house salads, and I've got to call this out... cold plates matter. It's a small touch, but it makes a difference. She went Ranch, I stayed loyal to Blue Cheese (as it should be ). Now for me--I've worked my way through a good portion of this menu over the years, so I like to mix it up. This time I went with the new Bricktown Sampler: * Buffalo Chicken Tenders * Fried Pickles * Fried Green Beans * Pretzel Bites And let's be clear... I swapped the ranch for blue cheese. Because Buffalo + Ranch? Not happening over here. Their blue cheese is legit--creamy, bold, and exactly what those tenders needed. Service was outstanding--Jasmine took great care of us, attentive without hovering and kept everything moving smoothly. We passed on dessert (only because I had other plans lined up), but honestly, it wasn't missed. Final Thoughts Bricktown Brewery checks every box: * Consistently good food * Friendly, reliable service * A menu that truly has something for everyone * And a rewards program that actually makes you want to come back This location continues to be our favorite--and nights like this are exactly why. Bricktown Brewery - Oklahoma City January 16, 2026…read more (3/5) Bricktown Brewery is a lively spot with a fun atmosphere. We came on a Friday evening with a group of 17, but they didn't have enough seating for us, which is completely understandable given how busy it was. The staff was professional, polite, and tried their best to help us, even though they couldn't accommodate such a large party. The brewery itself looks great, and the energy inside is definitely fun and inviting. I would recommend Bricktown Brewery for smaller groups or casual evenings out. Our visit didn't work out this time, but I'd happily return with a smaller party to enjoy the space, drinks, and vibe.

I always order the nachos, either inside casino to go or for delivery as expected the platter comes…read moreassembled as it should, even from different locations. Last week I ordered nachos to go, I planned on watching my husband gamble while I ate.. I am not a fan of the free drinks inside the casino, either there is no ice, or sodas taste flat. Typically I pay for a drink at the bar or get one at the restaurant when I order food. I ordered the nachos at the bar to go , I asked for a soda.. After I paid and TIPPED the bartender, she handed me an empty cup, expecting me to walk out of the restaurant and get my own drink?.. Just serve myself.. Luckily Another waitress was nice enough to get me a soda. When my order was ready I was handed a card board box with chips inside , a bag with 2 square to go containers, 1 round container filled with the items to assemble the nachos. I inquired why, and was told that is how it's served when it's ordered to go. I expressed my concern as it's never been done like this in the past, ordering to go inside casino or delivery. Server/Bartender attitude "it is what it is deal with it" Manager comes over confirmed that is how the nachos are always made when ordered to go. He dismissed my concerns, telling him it's never been like that in the past. I explained to him I planned on eating them while I watched my husband gamble like I've done in the last. His attitude was the same.. It is what it is.. deal with it. I politely asked the manager if they could assemble the nachos for me, didn't ask for remake, just something simple put it together that's all. With what I can only describe as a stupefied look on his face and cocky attitude he said "if we do it, it would be the same as you doing it yourself..." WTF? What an absolute idiot. This is the person that manages the bar and restaurant? What a joke. . . I lifted the food up/towards the direction he was standing and asked for a refund, with a cocky smile the manager said "sure but you'll have to give us the food in order to get the refund.." No shit Sherlock, I literally raised the food towards you and asked for a refund. If I didn't want the food unassembled when I paid for it, why would I want to keep it? What an idiot.. I've seen this dipshit interact with guests in the past, his customer service skills suck
