The bread was fresh, the salad with pickled cucumbers and green beans was refreshing. My schnitzel plate was hot and crispy, and I couldn't decide on just one side so I got two- the German potato salad and red cabbage. I loved both. Kind of wish I would've added the sauerkraut too though. Lorenzo got the sampler plate with a little of everything, and I heard zero complaints from him. He even loved the homemade curry ketchup. But I think his favorite was the giant mug of German Dunkel he got to drink. The girls loved their kid schnitzel plate too. We could t leave without dessert, so we grabbed a lemon streusel cake to go. The best part was the atmosphere and staff though. The longer we sat, the more restless the kids got. The staff told us they had a kid's section with toys and a play tent that the girls were welcome to. They went from bouncing off the walls to not wanting to leave. I can't believe it took me so long to try Mutti's, but now I can't wait to come back!

We got an extra dish to take back to my in laws. They also have a kids section where kids can play with toys while you wait for your food. We also got the strudels to go because they ran out of chocolate forest cake. Everything tasted fresh. Also very cool to hear wait staff speak German to customers who were German. The service was excellent. Highly recommend this place!

Went back up to the store to get the cheese, no big deal. Came back home and the pretzel bites were raw. My pregnant wife was eating raw dough. So I go BACK UP TO THE STORE. Get a refund. And get a fresh batch. I tear into one of these new batch ones and it's ALSO raw. What is going on at this store. Will not be going back to any establishment

What a rough start…read more.. Sat in line for wayyyy too long to start off. When we got up to the window, I quickly figured out why. There were only two young people behind the counter, and only one appeared to be working. She had to ask for our order twice, even though we gave it at the speaker, before finally starting it. She was so confused she forgot to even take our money until I reminded her. She was clearly stressed and overwhelmed, so I felt bad for her, but she also had an equally immature attitude, so an interesting mix to say the least. Once we did get our snacks, they were half filled and were ALL burnt. I won't be coming back anytime soon which is too bad as it's closer than the mall for a quick pretzel fix. This place JUST opened, which indicates to me that the franchisee is either green, or doesn't care. This was a Saturday night at 7pm, it shouldn't have been ran by teenagers who didn't know what they were doing, and the burnt food indicates it hadn't been checked on in a while. You would think that the franchisee would still be involved a week after opening before turning it over to someone else... Not a good sign for a new business. Let's hope they can turn it around before it goes the way of all the other businesses that used to occupy this location.

Really big menu with lots of options. No photos so be sure to ask the server if you don't know what something is. They're pretty friendly and we went with a group of regulars so it was a riotously good time. Salad - average, not much to write home about. Spezi rum cocktail - Spezi is a German orange cola soda. Yummy! Rainbow trout - Pan fried for a good crisp edge but still buttery and juicy and oh so good. Very flavorful fish and a very generous portion, they gave me 2 filets which is kind of crazy. The rice is also very delicious. Spaeztl - served with butter and brown gravy as a side. They also have an entree version with cheese but I liked the simplicity of this version. Nice depth to the gravy and good texture on the noodles with a bit of springy bite. Not my favorite but decent. Chocolate dessert wine - a shot glass of not too sweet chocolate dessert wine that made me want to get more into dessert wine. Bread pudding - some kind of bread pudding dessert that was enormous and creamy and delicious and best shared with a few people after the giant meal we all had.

Inside you are met with German beer garden vibes. You smell their locally brewed beer and see the big wood tables. They have big portions. Which made it great for leftovers since everything we tried was delicious. The Jabergarden was the only thing that wasn't for us. It is very rich pork meat, and it felt like it needed some acidity. Fun fact: You can get married here. Ask the staff for more information
