incredible pulled pork, literally couldn't stop eating those yum balls…read more I finally caught the Yum Pig truck out during my lunch break today after hearing my coworkers hype it up for months. Honestly, they completely blew me away with how unique the menu is. I ordered the Original which comes on this amazing, fluffy homemade fry bread, and it is a total game changer for BBQ. The pulled pork was incredibly juicy and the glaze had the perfect amount of sweetness to balance out the cool slaw. I also grabbed a side of the yum balls because everyone said they were a must try, and oh my god, they are pure heaven. They came out piping hot and were so soft and melty on the inside. I will definitely be tracking them down again soon.

The Yum Pig food truck served a unique menu and were on site, so we didn't need to unhook our rig. Their food was absolutely amazing and different. The couple were friendly and provided wonderful service. We ordered their # 22 'The Original' Homemade fry bread topped with Orange juice glazed pulled pork, garlic-apple Coleslaw and world famous BBQ sauce And # 9 'The Mundo' Corn Fry Bread topped with our Tequila - Lime pulled pork, black bean & corn salsa, Yum sauce and hatch pepper bacon relish. Holy cow... our only regret was not trying their Rosemary Pork. Too bad they aren't located closer to home.

Whenever I'm craving a cool dessert, this is one of my favorite places to go, especially since I can't have ice cream. I love getting to try all the different flavor combinations, and their happy hour is one of the best! The new strawberry lemonade flavor was absolutely delicious. The peach flavor has such a nice taste, and Tiger's Blood has a light coconut flavor that I really enjoy. The flower wall is beautiful, and the overall ambiance is so calming. From the moment you walk in, it feels welcoming and peaceful. Definitely a place I'll keep coming back to!

A New #1 Burger in OKC!…read more Our Burger Passport adventure brought us to Spark at Scissortail Park, and I think I may have found my new favorite burger in Oklahoma City! This was our first visit, and from the moment we took our first bite, I couldn't stop telling my wife how incredible these burgers were. I ordered the BLC Burger topped with pimento cheese, bacon, a crispy cheddar crust, pickles, and Prairie Ranch. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the crispy cheddar crust took it over the top. Outstanding! My wife, Lori, ordered the Spark Burger, swapping the American cheese for cheddar. She absolutely loved it, especially the fresh dill pickles that added the perfect crunch and flavor. The crinkle-cut fries deserve a shout-out, too. They were cooked just the way I like them--nice and crispy. I ordered the signature Pink Sauce on the side, and the garlic aioli was excellent. Before we left, I asked to speak with a manager--not because there was a problem, but because I wanted to compliment the team. Marisol was genuinely excited to hear how much we enjoyed our meal. She also told us about their limited-time Chicken Salad Sandwich, available through the end of the summer, and after this experience, I think we'll definitely be back to give it a try. Spark checks every box for me: outstanding burgers, perfectly cooked fries, a fun atmosphere, and a friendly, welcoming staff. If you're looking for one of the best burgers in Oklahoma City, put Spark on your list. This one earns an easy 5 stars from me.

Many unhoused people were hanging around the outside in the park areas, and I might have been wary of bringing a child but I was alone so not much of an issue. The burgers were good. The grease bomb kind of good where the unhealthy was a feature not a bug. They were sloppy, if I hadn't got them without the tomato it would have been a mess. I don't think the burger sauce they added was necessary and didn't really add to it. I think I'd get them plain next time and add my own ketchup and mustard. The one thing I really hated though was that they want your number to text you when the order was ready. Just call a number. It doesn't make your business better and I dislike them having my number.
