We loved our first service for help so much that we signed up for a maintenance plan to check our…read moresystem every six months and canceled out previous serviced with another company. We purchased our new air conditioner unit for outside from them and they again were great to work with! Our second call was to check a leak in the wall behind the shower. It wasn't a good experience. The tech seemed a bit full of himself. That cost $99 and the tech told us we needed to tear out the whole shower to stop the leak. A second opinion proved it to be a simple leak down a water pipe and I fixed that on my own. Next service we were told that a cleaning of our duct system was needed. I ask if they would put a new anti-bacterial bulb in the unit after the cleaning and they told me no problem. So I ordered one. Today we had to Haden & Andrew come to clean the duct system and they were great. When they arrived I reminded them of the bulb they had agreed to plug in. After the cleaning, they were to mist the ducts with a machine to kill anything bad left in the ducts. Unfortunately the machine used to spray this mist would not power on so they called the office to find out what to do. Afterwards I was told they would need to come back when they got the machine working and they also were told to charge me $65 to change the light bulb. After buying a new unit, a cancelation and rescheduled appointment due to broken equipment, incorrect evaluation of a leak, crooked hole in my wall I told them no to the $65 charge and took my 75 year old bottom to the attic an replaced the bulb in less than five minutes. I felt insulted. And now we wait again for the sprayer to be fixed and them to return to finish this service. The best part of the visit today was Haden and Andrew, they were great guys, answered questions and worked with me to move my dogs and cat out of the way, they did good work and I appreciated them. At present, we are still waiting to get them back to spray the ducts, it is important to us as we have our daughters and children here and we have all experienced upper respiratory and sinus problems as well Asthma recently. I feel if anything a discount should have been offered due to all the trouble it has been getting this partially done.

I called Patrick's Electric because I needed help setting up my mini-split unit. I had done the…read morewhole setup myself (since I had already done it in the past) and my vacuum pump just wouldn't hold the pressure. Therefore, I knew there was a leak somewhere in the system that I could not find. At that time, the AC was not running and the freon had been stored in the condenser. The two workers who came, right on time, were very nice and very helpful with explaining to me what they where doing and answering my questions for me to understand more about this issue I was facing. In less than an hour, they were done, stating that it should be good to go. We had tested the AC and everything seemed to be running properly. What they charged me was definitely reasonable, honest and in adequacy with their price list. It is the first AC company I hire that doesn't try to cheat me by over charging me for parts they didn't use or work they didn't do. A few minutes after they left, I was cleaning up my tools when I clearly heard a leak coming from the pipes. I looked at the fittings and bubbles were coming out (confirming the leak). Freon had then been released and the whole system was now leaking freon in the environment. The two workers came back shortly after I called the receptionist. I told them my worry about the cost of that second repair, since I had already paid once for something that was supposed to be "good to go". One of the man called his boss and then told me "not to worry about it". They then ended up spending two extra hours replacing the fittings, tighten them up with a special paste, adding new freon to the unit, testing the system... and giving me tips on how to take care of my AC for future references. All of this, free of cost. Just as they said. All I can say is that everyone makes mistakes. What matters is how you fix them. Patrick's Electric is from far the most honest and trustful AC company I've ever heard of or had to deal with. You know what to expect when you deal with them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs some help with their AC. I will surely call them next time I have any issue with my AC as I had an amazing first experience with them.

You can't beat honesty and experience…read more Yes, there still is integrity in this business. We replaced our upstairs HVAC with them 2 years ago. It is still running strong and turns my upstairs into a deep freeze if I choose to. This week, we had them do a much more intense replacement. Our downstairs HVAC unit was from 2005, mated to a furnace from 1993 (33 years in service...not made like this anymore). Things literally were routed different back then. The initial consult from Mike (Owner) was straightforward, followed by accurate pricing from Bri (Manager). Scheduling was quick. Timeliness of their crew and the electrical subcontractor was exactly as expected. The removal of the old unit was a challenge, but they persevered and managed to get it out. They relocated BOTH line sets to let us move both units to a different location. This was an EXTREMELY REASONABLE cost and jump started our next phase of expansion. I could not be happier with the install and project management they pulled off for this. I am always gunshy to ask for additional work, but they were very accommodating and quick to integrate my changes. Don't be like me, and think things through to let them prepare properly. You can not go wrong with this company. They have serviced my house since we got it in 2015. Great reliability and trust.

I've used Waggoners for HVAC for years and have always been happy, but things seem to have changed…read more They came out in March for semi-annual maintenance on my A/C, and what would normally be a 45 min job took an hour and a half. I figured out why when I got an email right after the guy left with *36* photos and videos of my system. First time they ever did that. Overkill, much? That same week I had one of their guys out to give me a quote on a fairly significant plumbing project. I've never used Waggoners for plumbing, but this is a big enough job I wanted to get more than one quote on it, and it seemed like a thing to do. The gentleman came to my house, I showed him what I had in mind, we discussed options, and he said he would put together an estimate for me and get back to me. Days and days went by, and I had just about given up on hearing from them, when the guy contacted me that he had my estimate ready. He came to my house and walked me through it and it seemed reasonable. I asked him to please send me a copy of the quote by email, and he said he would do that. He left me a catalog to peruse, and said he would be back to pick it up in a couple of days. I told him I'd be happy to send it back with their A/C tech who was coming the next day, but he said no, he didn't trust that he would get it back if I did that. Readers, I never heard from him again. I never got the quote. He never picked up the catalog (which, btw, had NOTHING to do with the work I was asking for). I don't know what to think. I have a service contract for another HVAC maintenance, and I'll probably go through with that, but if things don't get better, I'll probably be moving on. It's a shame.
