Dr Marinescu is an excellent, caring and supportive doctor. The office staff is pleasant. In emergencies the Dr has been wonderful.

I've been seeing Dr. McCaffery and he's absolutely wonderful. First doctor that I've ever seen that truly cares about their patients.

The waiting room was so soothing and beautifully decorated! I cannot say enough good things about the N.P. Alexandra Karl (I think she goes by Allie -and sorry if I spelled her name wrong)! Allie was so kind, so attentive, listened to every detail of my complicated medical history, and was SO knowledgeable from the moment I started talking to her. It was my first time there! She knew all of the questions to ask and when I explained all of my complicated issues, she was immediately on top of it and knew exactly what to ask and do for me, on each and every one of my issues that intertwine with each other. As well as being EXACTLY on point and understanding of what I needed from her (without me knowing of course, that is why I was there lol), she was super quick on her thinking and details of how she was going to proceed for my particular situation. Allie's calm demenor was so refreshing! I felt like she knew me for years - this is the best experience I have ever had with a Dr.'s office, she truly listened to me and cared about me from the moment she entered the room. Truly a genuine person as well as an excellent N.P. care provider. I would never go anywhere else, and I would recommend her to anyone who needs great Rheumatology care - I give her and the office staff way more than an A+++!

I was referred to a rheumatologist, and was nervous about going. Craig Orofino put me at ease,…read morerevised all previous procedures and MRIs and specialists I'd consulted. He really listened, recommended some changes in medication and prescribed a new one. I was hopeful leaving and happily am starting to see an improvement. The office atmosphere was pleasant as was the whole staff.

I had been recently diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis from a dermatologist. About a month later I…read morefelt my entire body begin to feel the effects of psoriatic arthritis. Called Port Jeff Rheumatology to make an appointment because I read good things about Dr. Schulman.. but no one answered. Called again an hour later and no one answered. I left a message this time briefly explaining the situation and asked for a call back when they got a chance. 24 hours pass and no call back. I call again- this time someone finally picks up. She explains that they are not taking any new patients unless it's an emergency. My dermatologist writes me a referral stating the severity of my symptoms and the urgency to see a rheumatologist about it. I call the next day but no one picks up again. I leave another message asking for a call back when they get a chance. 24 hours pass.. guess what? No call back again! Call back.. no answer. Call back an hour later and someone picks up.. hallelujah! Only this time she informs me they are NOT seeing ANY patients.. emergency or not. Oh different information than last time. And you couldn't bother to call back a potential patient who left 2 polite as can be messages simply asking for a call back?

This location is an absolute dump. The doc is nice, for lack of a better word: eccentric. The…read morewaiting room is a mess, it's small, and it smells which is just wonderful because they schedule patient every five minutes even though they know you'll see him for way longer. I waited with my gf for well over two hours. And that's just the way this story goes, even in his other locations you will wait hours upon hours. Nice fella but we are new to him so I haven't pegged him yet, if he truly cares to take an interest, or if he "yesses" you to death and lumps you in with the crowd. So the doc - good This location - atrocious
